Chapter Thirty One~Movie Magic

I lean against a wall and breath, Tony was going to kill me. I look down and see him raise his hand to Stephens Cloak, ready to shoot, but he sees what it is and stands down. "Wow you're a seriously loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?"

"Yeah, uh, speaking of loyalty...." starts a voice, just then Peter drops down. WHAT WAS THE KID DOING HERE!!! "I know what you're gonna say." he starts, Tony looked really annoyed "You should not be here."

"But it was such a long way down and I just thought about you on the way..." starts Peter. The Cloak shakes its collar in sympathy and shrugs "...And I kinda stuck to the side of the ship. And this suit is ridiculously intuitive, by the way. So if anything, it's kinda your fault that I'm here." says Peter.

"What did you just say?" asked Tony seriously.

"I take that back. And now I'm here in space."

Tony crosses to stand right in front of Peter "Right where I don't want you to be. This isn't Coney Island. This isn't a field trip. It's a one-way ticket. You hear me? Don't pretend like you thought this through. You could not have possibly thought this through."

Well no time like the present, I jump down and cratch the back of my neck "Hey I wasn't thinking either soooo......"

Tony looks at me in anger and shakes my shoulders "What are you doing here?" he asks. I hold my arms up "I'm a loyal sister?"

"Loyalty to shit! You're pregnant!" he whisper shouts. Just then we all jump as a flickery portal opens and Loki stumbles through. My hands cover my mouth in shock "Loki?"

"Idiot you shoulda' stayed on earth," says Tony. The portal closes and Loki looks at Tony "I'm sorry for wanting to make sure my courted and child will be okay." he says, I put a hand on his shoulder.

"Whatever. Come on. We got a situation." says Tony who leads us over to a viewpoint on the torture below. Peter crouches to study the situation, the Cloak leaning over his shoulder. "See him down there? He's in trouble. What's your plan? Go." says Tony to Peter.

Peter thinks "Um. Okay, okay... uh...Okay. Did you ever see this really old movie, Aliens?" he asked, Aliens? Sure it's a great movie, but there's only really one space scene were....Peter, you're a genius!!!!

I hid behind my pillar in place for the plan, I feel a hand on my shoulder and turn to see Loki "Love? Are you alright?"

"I'm fine."

"That's not a real answer." he says, I push his hand away waiting for my cue "We need to focus," I say. Maw turns to see Tony standing there, hand repulsors ready to fire. "...Could end your friend's life in an instant," says Maw.

"I gotta tell you, he's not really my friend. Saving his life is more a professional courtesy," says Tony. Maw walks slowly towards Tony, beckoning very large, very solid metal objects to float behind him "You've saved nothing. Your powers are inconsequential compared to mine."

"Yeah, but the kid's seen more movies," says Tony.

That was the cue, I hover in the air and from my suit blast and pierce the side of the ship to Maw's right, it begins to suck everything out with depressurization, especially Maw and his large objects. 

I start getting pulled as well and engaged my boosters. Loki holds onto one side of a railing and with the other grabs my hand, pulling me close and securing an arm around me "You still need to focus." he says.

Stephen is pulled loose of his pinnings, loses the needles, but also heads for the hole, helpless to resist. The Cape wraps around his arm and an anchor point, but Stephen's arm slips loose and he keeps going. Peter shoots a web strand at Stephen with one hand and holds onto a piece of the ship with the other.
