"Im going to be hiring a head of general and 2 PEDS attendings all from the same workplace"
"Richard your telling me that Meredith might be coming back"
"I mean head of general is a big thing I'm sure she won't turn it down"

That news was surprising!!! I left with a complete smile on my face, but I didn't want to feel anything anymore I'm dating rose and I'm really trying to be happy with someone who understands me unlike Meredith...anyways it's not like she has already accepted the job.what if she doesn't even come?

"I'm great I'm calling to offer you a job over at Seattle grace...I'm offering you to be our head of PEDS"

"Alex I am In need of two PEDS surgeons so you will be sharing the head of department which another guy...you might know him Cormac hays"
"yes! yes of course I know him...it's still such a great opportunity I will call you back"

"Yes dr.webber...dr.karev informed me about the job positioning and it's such a wonderful opportunity I am afraid that I will need to call you back to give you an answer"

"chief how you've been..."
"I've been good- I called because I'm retiring"

"I know I know...any ways dr.bailey will be the new chief of surgery and I am in need of a head of general and I've heard so many great things about you...you've succeeded and I would be honored to have you as my head of general"
"Chief I'm very flattered for the opportunity but I'm not sure if you know but I specialized in neuro too and Hopkins is the only program who has let me do both"
"Yes of course I know that you specialized in two thing!! congratulations! I don't want you to choose between neuro and general! I want to offer you chief of general and a neuro attending position"
"that definitely got me thinking is it okay if I call you back with an answer"

*five minutes passed and Alex paged Meredith and Cormac to the attending lounge*
once they were all their all they were thinking about was the amazing job opportunity...so they all said ...
"I got a job offer" said Alex
"Me too" said Cormac
"Me too" said Meredith
"WAIT ARE YALL SERIOUS WHERE?" Said Alex
"Seattle grace mercy west" Cormac and Meredith say at the same time
"Well are y'all going" asked Alex
"I mean I really want to it's such a great opportunity" said Cormac
"It would be amazing because we wouldn't separate" said Meredith
"WERE GOING" they all said at the same time

*meredith called Richard and told him that they're all accepting his offer and will be their starting Monday that was in 3 days*
Those three days went by fast meredith has called Lexie already to see if they could all live their and she was okay with it and she was excited!!

Dereks POV
I heard that Meredith accepted the job and it made me happy to know that I will see her again! That didn't mean we were gonna get back together but god I miss her so much.its Sunday and that meant she's most likely already here...as I'm walking out of the attendings lounge I wanted to see if Richard wanted to see if Richard needed help packing his stuff up...I open the door and-
"hey Richard do you-" I stop talking because she was their with the two other new employees
"my bad I'll come back later sorry" I walk out I can't BELIVE I just saw Meredith god she got so beautiful I just couldn't believe my eyes!! I can't believe she's here. As I'm walking just thinking about her rose comes by and stops me

*rose kisses Derek over and over but what he didn't know was that Meredith saw him she was walking to the attending lounge with Alex and Cormac to put their lab coat and that's when she sees them...

Derek POV
I see Meredith and I know she saw me and rose kissing I pull her away and Meredith was already gone...god why do I feel like this
