FRIGATE
I am busy stroking Selene's hair as we watch the fireworks gracing the night sky. We're seated at the white sands of Boracay, with her between my legs.
"Merry Christmas, doc Frigate." Selene sweetly said then turned her head to kiss me on the cheek.
I smelled her hair. She smells of fruits and flowers. So sweet. I kissed her temple then wrapped my arms on her. "Merry Christmas."
I found it so easy to be sweet with Selene. Masyado kasi s'yang malambing at napakagaan kasama. She's always giggling or laughing. She's self-centered in times, but she's thoughtful and compassionate. She's a natural bully, but she knows how to appreciate and compliment. She could have every negative attributes, but she knows how to make up for that.
And I can't understand why I am feeling this comfortable and happy with her. Five days, and this woman is turning my world upside down. Nakakatakot, pero yayakapin ko.
"You're not calling your family?" Selene looked up at me with her innocent eyes. How can she do that? We had sex in each part of the villa we rented, we had sex in a public place, and we did a lot of erotic things two adults can do, but she can still manage to have that innocent look.
I know I am risking myself here. But who fucking cares?
I smiled at her. "They're on Paris. I don't want to disturb them on whatever they're doing. Hihintaying ko na lang na sila Mommy ang tumawag."
She nodded then she fished her phone from her bag. I watched her screen as she turned the airplane mode off.
"Do you want me to show you to my family? Tatawag kasi ako kay Daddy."
Stop, baby. I shut my eyes as I buried my head on her hair. With her innocent questions, she's opening the ground beneath me. I am falling, baby.
"Baka masira natin ang pasko nila." I chuckled. "Are you forgetting something, missy? Kung sino ako para sa pamilya mo?"
Selene giggled. "My parents practically doesn't care who you are. My Dad will freak out kapag nakita na may kasama ako na lalaki. I can tease him that you're my fiancee."
"Baliw." I chuckled. I watched her pressing on her phone.
"Merry Christmas, Dad!" Selene cheerfully greeted.
Mr. Amante's scowl occupied the whole of the screen. "Where are you, Selene Rosario? Kanina pa kami naghihintay."
Selene giggled. She looks so beautiful with the fireworks giving colors on her face.
"Are you on a club?"
I smirked.
"Duh!" Selene rolled her eyes. "Kapag may mga lights na iba't ibang kulay, club agad? 'Di ba pwedeng may fireworks display?"
"Hi, Mom! Merry Christmas!" Selene smiled widely.
"Where are you, Selene Rosario?" Seyosong tanong ng ginang.
Selene laughed. "You're really mag-asawa."
"E nasaan ka nga?" Mr. Amante pressed.
"I'm on a beach." Selene giggled. "Nasa bahay kayo?"
