Part 17: Incident

Y/N POV

I walked down the hallway, thinking about yesterday night. I was 10x more paranoid now then I was before. I was truamatized because of the Shishigumi, and now Rouis kidnapped me? A fellow classmate? I Shook my head, and walked into my history class. This was one of the only classes I had with Legosi, so I went to sit next to him. I opened up my book, and started taking notes. I listened to the teacher's lecture, but we stopped halfway through the class. The announcment bell rung, and everyone hushed instantly. "This is a lockdown, listen to your teachers. I repeat, this is a lockdown." I gasped, and I heard a few others whimper. I looked up at Legosi, "Don't they usually say when it's a drill?" He shrugged, and everyone stood up. The teacher moved us to a corner, and I sat cooped up next to Legosi. I leaned my head on his shoulder. Nobody was talking, but everyone was rather calm. We've never had a real lockdown before, so we assumed it was a drill. Suddenly, we heard a scream. I froze, my eyes grew wide. I looked down at my hands, and I was shaking. I closed my eyes, Why does this always happen to me? I get kidnapped, and now this? Why am I so unlucky? Legosi looked down at me, and he frowned. He intertwined his fingers with mine, and I looked up at him, it eased the shaking a bit. I was starting to calm down, when we heard a gunshot, then a scream, then a hard crash. Tears stung my eyes, and I yelped. Legosi tried to comfort me, but I could see the panic in his eyes. I heard sirens outside, and I started to feel relived. A few minutes passed, and we only heard one more scream. I always stopped crying, but then there was a hard pounding on the door, and someone shouting angrily. I screamed, and so did a few other girls in my class. I wrapped my arms around Legosi, and cried into his chest. We heard shouting, but then everything stopped. I looked up, and the announcement bell rang again. "The lockdown is now over. Clubs are cancelled, return to your dorms." I let out a relieved sigh. Classes were already over because it was everyone's last class, but we couldn't go to our clubs. I looked out the windows while walking down the halls with Legosi, and saw atleast a dozen police cars. I was shaking as we walked to my dorm. Thinking about the event that happened not too long ago. We reached my dorm, and I walked closer to Legosi, and grabbed his hands. "Legosi, please stay with me." Uncontrollable tears started to fill my eyes, but I rubbed them off. He nodded, "Yeah, dont worry. Let's go." I smiled, and I walked with him into my dorm. 

Legosi POV

I slowly opened my eyes, and felt something in my arms. I looked down, and saw Y/N. Her face was nuzzled up to my chest, and I looked at her sleeping face. I felt true sympathy for her, so many things have happened to her in such little time. Being kidnapped again, me trying to eat her.. I flinched at my own words, sadness filling my expression. I looked at her alarm clock, checking the time. It read '5:37 AM'. I groaned, I still had so much time, and Y/N was such a heavy sleeper. I wanted to get up too, but she looked so peaceful. I took time to look at her, taking in every detail. One of her ears were bent, and her arm was held close to her chest. The other close to my chest. I sighed, how did I win her over? So many other people would kill to be with her, and she picked me. Well, I wasn't mad. I saw her exhale, and her eyes slowly fluttered open. Her eyes opened down, and her gaze slowly moved up to look at me. Her expression was vacant, but her eyes were sparkling. She closed her eyes, and pushed her head under my chin. She placed her chin on my shoulder, and hugged me. I gave her a light squeeze, and let go of her. She rubbed her eyes, and slowly got up. She grabbed her uniform, and walked into the bathroom. I heard the shower turn on, and I slowly sat up. I heard a knock on the door, and I slowly walked over to it, I only realized how bad of an idea it was once I turned the door handle. I opened it, and Rouis stood there. He looked at me, and obviously knew I was just asleep. "Why did you sleep here?" I rubbed my face, and waved him off. "It's nothing, what do you want?" I heard the shower turn off too late. I heard the door open, and I turned around. "Hey Legosi, want to get icecream after school?" She was wearing just a towel, and a toothbrush was in her mouth. Her gaze looked at the door, and she froze when she saw Rouis. I looked back at him, and he was frozen too. He looked at me, and his expression changed instantly. He grabbed my shirt collar, and tried pushing me to the floor. I staggered back, and raised an eyebrow. "Why are you so angry, Rouis?" He was breathing heavily, and he pointed to Y/N. "Because.. you.. " He looked back at Y/N, his expression pleading. "Did you guys do anything?" She shook her head, "No. I don't know why your so concerned anyway. It's not your business, and I shouldn't even have to tell you that." She walked back into the bathroom, and I looked at Rouis. His expression was severe. "Well then, I'll uh- I'll be going now. Bye!" I quickly shut the door, and sighed. I walked over to the kitchen, and sat down. I looked at the bathroom door, and sighed. Would I win this battle over her? Or would I lose? Everyone is so much more qualified than me. I shook my head, and rubbed my face. I wouldn't lose. She's mine, and it'll stay like that.

sorry for the short chapter, and sorry for all the climactic events! ill try to make things die down a little. even so, i hoped you enjoyed this chapter. i thought it was pretty cute. anyway, ill see you next time, gonna go binge aot. byee!! <3 :))
