Y/N POV

I was sweating as I made my way around the kitchen. The activity I chose for us was baking, it was a hobby of mine, and something I did for fun. Legosi wasn't very fond of cooking. He wasn't bad, he just didn't like it. Which was fine, because he'd never tried baking, which means.. he was going to love it! We finally finished, and I wiped my forehead with the back of my hand. We came out with a beautifully frosted cake, and it was cutely decorated. Legosi's expression was blank, and he looked at me. "We took four hours, to make this?" I nodded, and grinned, "It's very fulfilling though! The outcome is wonderful. It looks great, and tastes even better!" He shrugged, and cut himself a slice. He hesitantly ate it, and I waited, my tail eagerly wagging. "Hey, this isn't that bad." I grinned, and he finished it. I put it into the fridge for later. "Aren't you getting some?" I shook my head, "I'm not hungry." I watched Legosi as he walked over to the wall. I raised an eyebrow, and he stopped, looking at the walls. "Are these pictures of.. your family, Y/N?" I shrugged, and walked over to him. I saw them, and nodded. "Yeah, that's us." I took a glance at a picture, and stopped. A family photo of all three of us. I froze, memories came flashing back to me. "Y/N, don't do this! Please, I can't lose you too!" I staggered back, shaking. Legosi looked at me, a worried expression on his face. "..Y/N, what is it?" He awkwardly rubbed his neck, and I shook my head. "It's nothing, thanks for asking. I'm going to get some fresh air." I saw him about to speak, but he stopped. I turned, and walked outside, sitting on a chair that surveryed the ocean. I looked at my hands, and put them down. I did, have a secret. Nobody knew except for my mother, and I never even considered telling anyone else before. I have depression, it's clinical. I was diagnosed at a young age, but I kept it supressed for so long. But, I couldn't hold it in anymore once my dad died, I- I tried some bad things, but Legosi, I feel like he saved me. He was a light in my life I didn't realize I needed. That's why when I'm not around him, I'm overwhelmed with sadness. It feels like he's the only thing that keeps me going anymore, and that's why I'm so drawn to him. It's sad, but true. That's why those mean girls cut me so deep. I was so sensitive, and their insults hurt me to my core. I couldn't even control it. I tried to be confident, but it was so hard. I heard footsteps, and I kept my gaze locked on the ocean. "Hi, Legosi." I heard someone sit down, but who spoke was not Legosi. "Hey, Y/N." I opened my eyes wide, and looked over. There Rouis sat, looking at me dead in the eye. "Why are you here? Did you follow me?" I drew back, creeped out. He nodded, "I wanted to tell you something." I sighed, couldn't it wait? "Okay, what is it?" He exhaled, and looked at me. "Y/N, I know you'll never love me back, but let's atleast become friends!" I raised an eyebrow, and got irritated. "You tried to kidnap me, and you're a pervert!" He drew back as if he'd been slapped. "..That's true, but I didn't want to hurt you in any way! I thought it might show you how much I wanted you." I stood up, and frowned. "Rouis, I'm not sure I want to be friends with you." He stood up, and looked down at me. "Please, Y/N. Just try. I promise I'll become better for you." He grabbed my hand, and I was about to speak, but heard the door open. Rouis turned, and let go of my hand. His expression grew enraged, and Legosi stood in the door frame. "Uhm, Rouis? What are you doing here?" He turned, and looked at me. "Why is Legosi here?" His voice was in a whisper, and I put my hands on my hips. I leaned in, and whispered, "He's my boyfriend, Rouis." He drew back, and frowned. He looked back at me, "Y/N, please. Just consider it," I shrugged, and he walked away. Legosi raised an eyebrow. "What was that all about?" I shook my head, "It was nothing, he didn't get to say much before you came outside." I walked inside, and looked back. I saw Rouis looking at the sky, an expression filled with anguish was on his face. I suddenly felt guilty, regretting being so rude. I shook my head, and turned back around. The sun was already setting as I made my way towards the kitchen. I opened a cupboard, exploring. I saw a bottle of whiskey, and I picked it up, my expression blank. I'd never drinken alcohol before, and I know shots are supposed to be a lot. And a shot isn't that much alcohol. I looked at the picture of my family on the wall, and looked back at the bottle. I wanted to forget. I opened the top, and started drinking. It burnt my throat, but I kept going. I think I had drank half of the bottle when I began to get dizzy. I felt a hand on my shoulder, and saw Legosi behind me. His expression was baffled, and I started drinking again, determined to finish the whole bottle.

Legosi POV

I saw Y/N standing at the counter, a cupboard open. She suddenly lifted her head up, and started drinking something. She stopped, and stirred. I walked up, and put a hand on her shoulder. She turned around, and a bottle of whiskey was in her hand. I opened my eyes wide, and started sweating. She kept drinking, she was obviously already drunk, and this would make it worse. I tried to take the bottle from her, but it was empty. I froze, and she put her hands on my chest inching towards me. I panicked, and drew back. "Heeeeyyaa Legoosiiii!!~" Her words were slurred, and I frowned, she obviously had never drank before. Granted, I hadn't either, but I still felt bad. She grabbed my hand, and led me to the living room, she tripped, and I grabbed her, blocking her fall. She landed on top of me, and I thought she was going to kiss me. I braced myself, but instead she put her hands in the air, and started tickling me. I stopped, my expression blank. She was tickling my sides, but I'm not ticklish. "Legoosiiii! I beeett thiisss.. makes yoooouu lauuughh!!" I couldn't help but laugh, her drunken voice was still cute, but so funny. She raised her hands, and I prepared for another tickling session. She stirred, and passed out on top of me. I sat up, and laughed. That was quick. I picked her up, and carried her to her bed. I got in too, and I put the blanket over both of us. I turned over, and closed my eyes. Wow.. what a day. I turned back around, and looked at her. I wonder why she did that.. She wasn't one for partying, so there had to be a motive. Was she trying to avoid something? Or block it from her memories? I narrowed my eyes, but eventually drifted off into sleep.
