Nari's POV

Walking into Talia's room is normally comforting. I can see how much Jungkook doesn't want to lose Talia like he lost her, and because of this he protects Talia with his life.

Jungkook sees her in Talia, and it makes him miss her even more. It hurts Jungkook that Talia will never get to see or know her mother.

I remember him saying to us that if Talia somehow goes, then so will he.

Willingly.

We, as angels and dark angels, have to make sure none of this happens. We've all sworn to protect and look out for one another, and that we will do.

However this time, walking in her room gives me an uneasy feeling as soon as I step my foot down inside. And I know immediately that something is definitely wrong.

The biggest giveaway for that, is Talia herself.

Tossing and turning under the covers, her facial expressions look scared and uneasy. She clutches to the teddy bear Yoongi got her more and more, and she starts to whimper whilst her eyes are still shut.

It looks like she's having a nightmare.

I know because she remains me of when Jungkook used to have nightmares. And they were horrible.

He would wake up screaming at the top of his lungs, yelling, shouting, sometimes even crying badly.

Every single one he ever had practically scarred him for life. Sometimes one of us, Namjoon, myself, Taehyung or Yoongi would have to stay with him overnight so nothing would happen to him. Or that he wouldn't try to do anything to himself from the pain of the nightmare.

This was all because of that black widow. But ever since it died 5 years ago, he hasn't had a nightmare since.

Sighing, I walk round the bed and sit down quietly next to Talia. I turn the lamp on, and now I notice her cheeks are damp from tears.

"Talia." I whisper.

I rest my hand on her back. "Talia." I whisper again. Her eyes flutter open distressed and tears start to leave her eyes. "Hey, you're okay." I stroke her hair to try and calm her down.

"I had a bad dream." Her little voice breaks. "It was horrible!" She sobs silently. I wrap my arms around her small body and lift her up, bringing her to my chest.

"Don't worry Lia, you're okay. It was only a dream, it can't hurt you." I rub her back and she clings onto my neck, still sobbing.

"Jungkook!" I yell for her father sitting outside.

After a few seconds, the door flings open and Jungkook walks in. His face drops when he sees the state Talia is in. "What's wrong?"

He walks over to us, taking Talia from me and holding her like I was. "Shhhh baby, I'm here." He rocks her back and forth, and she starts to calm down and slowly fall back into slumber.

Jungkook looks over Talia's shoulder and mouths, 'What happened?'

"She had a bad dream." I whisper back.

His lips form an 'O' and he nods. Now fast asleep again, he gently lays her back under the covers. With his large hand he strokes her hair slowly.

"I'm going to go, goodnight." I pat my hand on his shoulder and stand from the bed.

"Night Nari. And thank you." He whispers back.

I smile and nod at the doorway, carefully closing the door. As I'm walking to my room just down the hall, I can't help but be confused.

I've slept under the same roof as Talia for 5 years now, and not once has she ever had a nightmare before.

So why now?

***

"Talia had a nightmare? That's odd." Yoongi questions. It's now the morning, and we sit outside in our garden under the sunlight. Well, fake sunlight.

I nod. "She's never had one before, otherwise Jungkook would've told us. I don't get it: why is she having them now?"

Yoongi shrugs. "Maybe this was a one time thing. You remember the nightmares Jungkook used to have, right? She is his daughter. I'm surprised she hasn't experienced at least one before. But that's a good thing."

Talia then walks out of Jin's house, holding Irene's hand after having breakfast there.

"Hey kiddo, you okay?" Yoongi says.

She nods back, but I can see in her eyes that she's not. She doesn't crack a smile like she normally does. Whatever dream she had has affected her alot.

"Okay, I need to wash my fur. I have no idea why it's gotten dirty but it feel disgusting. Do you need to wash yours?" Yoongi asks me whilst standing.

I shake my head. "Mine's good."

"Alright. Jungkook, Namjoon let's go!" He shouts and the said boys come out of their houses.

I chuckle. "You boys still don't know how to wash your wolves?"

They mutter meaningless excuses under their breaths, and Irene and I laugh.

Jungkook crouches down to Talia's level. "I'll be back in a bit, okay?"

"Okay." She squeaks, and the three of them go back inside through Yoongi and Hoseok's house to the waterfall outside.

"Where's the others?" I ask Irene as she and Talia sit down.

"Jin's having a shower and I'm guessing the other three are still asleep. If that's the case then I'm not surprised." She chuckles whilst sipping on her bottle of water.

I look at Talia and she sits quietly. Too quietly. She doesn't make eye contact with us and fiddles with her hands in her lap.

"Talia, what's wrong?" I ask.

Talia shakes her head, refusing the answer the question. Irene glances at me in confusion, then looking back at Talia.

I sigh. "Is this about the bad dream you had?"

Her head then raises and her lip begins to tremble, and she nods. Her her eyes start to well up and her breath becomes hitched.

"Come here." She jumps off her seat and her little legs run towards me. I pick her up and sit her in my lap, resting her head on my chest.

Irene stands, moving closer and sitting down next to me. "Do you want to tell us what it was about?"

She instantly shakes her head no.

"Talia, we might be able to help if you tell us." I encourage her to talk about it. If she doesn't, it'll only make her feel worse.

Her big eyes gaze up at me and she gives in, nodding. "I was in this big room. There were pillars and a balcony. But it was very broken and dark and dirty, and a big broken chair underneath the balcony too."

I catch Irene's eyes widening slightly. "Sounds like the Palace."

I tilt my head. "What, Heaven's Palace?"

Irene nods.

Talia carries on. "And there was this person there. They were wearing black clothes and they didn't look very nice or friendly at all. They looked very angry and it jumped at me. And before I woke up, when they jumped at me, their eyes changed colour."

I'm sorry, what?

Did she just say their eyes changed colour? How the hell can someone's eyes change col-

Oh no.

Surely she can't be talking about what I'm thinking of. Who I'm thinking of. There's no way she is.

I glance at Irene, and her face is tensed whilst staring back at me with widened eyes. She's figured it out too.

Looking down at Talia, I clear my throat and whisper, "What colour were the eyes?"

Talia blinks. "They were red, why?"
