Hoseok's POV
She just...she just said Seokjin. How the hell does she remember him?
Well, other than the fact that he's her older brother. But I thought her memory was completely wiped of all of us?
Maybe from seeing and talking to us again, fragments of it are coming back to her.
And that means that one of us has to break it to her.
That Seokjin is dead.
"Seokjin?" Irene whispers.
Hana simply nods, staring back at her and then at the rest of us. "Where is he?"
Jimin glances at me and Jiwoo with wary looks, and then sighs deeply. His gaze fixes to the ground, not knowing what to say.
Irene stands still, and I catch Taehyung gulp slightly, then peering across at Namjoon and Yoongi who look in awe of what Hana's saying.
Biting the inside of my mouth in anticipation, I muster up the courage to be the one to say it. "Hana...Jin's dead."
It breaks my heart when Hana's face drops from my words. She breathes quietly, staring at me with eyes of disbelief and shock.
"What did you say?"
Taking in a deep breath, I shake my head. "He's gone."
"How?"
"2 months ago." Yoongi speaks up. "The black widow killed him." He says that last part quietly, rubbing the back of his neck.
However not so quiet, as Hana heard every word.
She begins to breathe heavily, eyes darting to the ground when realising what she's done. "I...I killed him?"
Jiwoo sniffles and nods a little. "But we know you didn't want to, Hana. The widow made you to do it without you even realising."
Tears start to well up in Hana's eyes, and her whimpers of sadness begin to get louder and louder.
"No...he can't be dead! How could I have killed him? He's my brother, I'd never hurt him!" She yells.
"Hana-"
"You're lying!" Hana'a voice breaks, cutting Jimin off. "Tell me where Seokjin is now!"
The more upset she gets, the more angry she becomes. Namjoon curses under his breath. "We need to tighten the ropes around her wrists."
Taehyung nods and dives forwards towards the ropes. Hana tries to free her wrists, but by Taehyung tightening the ropes it becomes less and less likely that she'll be able to get out of them.
"Tighten them again and I'll slit your throat." She growls, causing Taehyung to flinch and back away.
The more she yanks at her wrists, the more she becomes annoyed. Fast.
A quiet gasp leaves my mouth when I see the veins in her arms slowly starting to turn black. The colour runs all the way up her arms, going up the veins in her neck and then in her face.
That's when her eyes flicker to red, and all of a sudden Hana isn't with us anymore.
Just as this happens, Jungkook skids around the corner and into the room looking startled.
"What's going on-" He cuts himself off when his eyes flicker to Hana.
The black widow, now with no tears in its eyes, whips it head at Jungkook. Every so slightly, it begins to smirk.
"I can hear her breathing your highness." It says in a teasing tone.
Jungkook hesitates to move. I can tell he's starting to panic on the inside.
Slowly, he walks over to us, not breaking eye contact with the widow. He stops when he is next to me and whispers something in my ear.
"Get her out of here."
I already know what he means. Nodding once, I instantly run out of the room.
I head towards Talia's room and open the door to see her sleeping with the teddy bear Yoongi gave her, held to her chest.
Gently, I lift her out of bed and into my arms, causing her to slowly wake up.
"Uncle Hoseok? What are you doing here?" She says in a sleepy tone.
"It's okay, we're just going out somewhere for a little bit." I say softly to not make her panicked.
Talia nods, resting her head on my shoulder. "Can we take my teddy with me?"
Forcing a smile I nod, handing it to her.
I figure that it probably wouldn't be a good idea to go back out into the living room, so instead I open the window and take a glance outside.
It's gotten completely dark now, but there's lights everywhere to keep the Sapphire lit up.
I slowly climb out with Talia in my arms, trying not to make any noise. Once I'm outside I open my wings and jump up, immediately soaring straight up into the sky.
I fly a little bit closer to the ground to take a look into the window, where the others are.
Namjoon's standing by one of them and immediately spots me. He gives me a nod and gestures with his hand to go, and I nod back.
But before I turn my back to the house and fly away, Namjoon suddenly gets thrown out of the window, and he lays passed out on the ground outside.
Their voices in the house begin to rise in panic, and my heart drops when I see the pair of red eyes staring at me right through the broken window.
Nari appears behind the widow, and elbows it in the neck to bring it down to the floor. She quickly looks back up at me.
"Hoseok go!" She yells whilst taking out the daggers strapped to her waist.
Without wasting anymore time I soar back upwards into the air, flying more faster to the lifts that take you up into the unknown.
After a couple minutes I see them, and lower myself back onto the ground. I press the button and step inside.
Just as the doors are about to close, I then spot something in the air getting closer and closer to us. They look like wings.
Black wings.
You've got to be kidding me.
This black widow can fly?!
That's basically impossible, black widows or any dark angels aren't born with wings: they have wolves instead.
Oh, that's right. This isn't a dark angel.
This is an angel.
So it looks like this black widow can transform into a wolf and has the ability to fly.
Meaning that we've run out of many possible options to take Talia too that won't be in the widow's reach. The cloud haven for example is useless if it has wings.
Which means that we're trapped.
