Personality: Axel has always been mature for his age. He always looks out for those around him and is quite protective of his friends, whether they're younger or older. He enjoys working out a lot and knows his strong suits well. He isn't very good at being cute, but he knows he is very good at the sexy concept. Axel grows very proud when someone reaches their goal, if it's someone else he will cheer them on and support them all the way, and congratulate them to no end when they achieve their goal. If it's for him, he also grows proud of himself, which is why he likes to show off his muscles as they're an indicator of his success.
Background: Axel was born and raised in Daegu, South Korea, living with his mom and sister. His dad hadn't been in the picture since his younger sister was born, and Axel had stepped up into the role his father was meant to fill. He put the needs of others above his own, working out endlessly to be able to protect his family. His mom made enough money that it wasn't a major concern for them, but Axel still worked some, always needing and appreciating the extra money to care for his family. Axel had always danced as his one major thing he allowed himself to do just for him, and he was offered to study abroad and go to an elite dance school in the States. After much convincing from his family they'd be okay without him, he took the opportunity. When he moved back two years later, he was scouted by Pinky Entertainment and accepted.
