Personality: Bright, Happy, Loud. Those are the three main words that come to mind when describing Jun Chai, according to friends, family, and teachers. He has a very positive, bubbly persona that is contagious in both his actions and his voice, loudly blurting out whatever comes to mind in that moment, which in turn can cause quite the ruckus when around others. Jun Chai always has a bright smile on his face and doesn't even let rainy days dampen his mood, as he is one to dance when the rain pours, not ignore the beauty of it until the sun decides to peek through. He hates seeing his friends upset or hurt and will do anything in his ability to make them alugh or smile, which makes him feel good inside. Like every soul, Jun Chai has a couple of down days (though, not foten), but the main reason is being homesick, normally medicated with a video call to his family back in Thailand or a call to his closest friends, to hear their voice, knowing they'll listen without laughing or calling him a "crybaby" or "complainer". Otherwise, his wings were made to fly, his voice was made to be heard, and his liveliness was made to be infectious.
Background: Jun Chai was born in Khon Kaen, Thailand, and was raised by two adoptive parents and their daughter. For the longest time, Jun Chai lived comfortably in a quiet neighborhood where he went t school and averagely passed his classes, taking breaks from assignments and homework to hang out with friends or flirt playfully with the girls in the halls, never serious, but always wondering what it would be like. Jun Chai was definitely the loudest member of his group of friends but he was also kind, sweet, and mischievous, but not a troublemaker and overall, was a fairly good student that the teachers would enjoy, as he found time to chat with them and make them smile after a long day of grading and watching the classes. All was good, especially when he became co-captain of the swim team during high school years and came out as bisexual with no regrets and no judgement either. Of course, every dove has its dark days and it was close to Jun Chai's 15th birthday that his parents finally admitted to him being adopted since the age of 7, though, he wouldn't remember. While he wasn't completely upset and even understood why they had waited those long years to tell him, afraid he'd run away, which in turn would make their daughter very sad as she really adored him, Jun Chai often wondered why he had been abandoned at such a tender age and often times, it did keep him up at night, writing notes and questions, as if there was even a minor possibility of meeting his real parents. probably not after realizing what they had done, they'd probably left the country or something. In the end, it turned out that he'd rather live with his adoptive family, know them as his biological family because they were the kindest people he'd ever meet. He threw all those notes away and didn't allow this whole scenario to destroy his positive outlook on life. Around the age of 17, Jun Chai came across the K-Pop group 100% and absolutely fell in love with their style, also unexpectedly discovering a new interest in music and dance, talents he never though he'd enjoy. At first, he chose slower, easier songs and treated them as if he were moving through water before leveling up and moving on to harder choreography. Once again, Jun Chai fell in love with the fast rhythms and how he could always find more to practice, so it kept him busy, which was a very good thing. More or less, this led to him talking with his family and gaining their permission to apply for "one of those Korean entertainments". Naturally, the boy did his research and came across the one that one of his favorite groups debuted under: Plan A, now Play M Entertainment. When all went well with travel, more practice, and near-perfect audition, Jun Chai began training for 5 years. During those years, he grew close to VICTON and APINK, learning from them as well as creating good friendships with both groups. In Fact, Jun Chai was suppose to be added as VICTON's very late new member, but he had found out that his mother had fell ill, so he chose to leave the company and go back home, in which he stayed in Thailand for several months and worked as a barista until his mother got better. It only took a few long weeks for his mother to get better but he refused to leave again until she and a friend of his was able to convince him to go back to what he loved. When he came back to Korea, after promising he'd be more in touch and call every day, Jun Chai made a living in Seoul and decided to continue training, but under Pinky Entertainment, which was a recommended company from a friend of his who trained there.
