Chapter 7: Surprise surprise

A/N:

Guess who's finally baaaack?! Yes it is I oddballs! I've been ill and was inspired by the nice people who follow this story and Christmas songs to write this chapter! Yes I'm officially allowed to listen to Christmas music and drink all the seasonal drinks I can! Man I've missed December... though I'm hating the cold weather brrr!  But here I bring to you... chapter 7! Do enjoy!

 

"I told you, you'd like it!" he sang.

I stared at him, wide eyed and mouth hung open "What did you... wait did he-"...

(Dan's Pov:)

My eyes widened in realisation and I suddenly lost all train of thought. Please tell me what I'm thinking is true..!

"Pj asked me out!" Chris almost screamed out excitedly and grabbed Dan's shoulders "I'm actually his boyfriend! Can you believe this? Me?! He asked ME of all people to be his boyfriend!"

Dan started squealing dramatically and pulled Chris into a bone crushing hug while leaning close to his ear "Kickthestickz is real!" He yelled happily and ruffled his hair.

Chris just scowled at him "Okay, okay! No need to deafen me Dan!"

Dan wasn't listening; he was way too happy for his friend and Pj and even more so that his ship of three years had finally become a real thing!

"I knew this would happen eventually! I'm so happy for you man!"

Chris' smile broadened "Thanks Dan," he picked up his bag and hugged Dan again "C'mon we should get going before we're late and Mrs Stefanou starts yelling at us in German again."

He chuckled. "That's a point," Dan laughed "It's actually pretty scary, she looks like a demon goat when she's like that..."

Chris laughed "Well... that's one way to put it."

They started to speed walk to school talking about what Pokémon they would be. By the time they got to the school gates they were both out of breath from the pace of their walking. I really do need to start getting fit Dan thought...nahhh!

As they got to the school entrance Chris saw Pj and immediately ran up to him at full speed, forgetting how tired their previous walk was and full on colliding into him nearly knocking poor Pj over. Lucky he caught Chris in his arms and held him close while kissing his forehead, making Chris blush furiously.

"Hey you," Pj said "What's got you so happy Mr?"

Dan strolled over slowly, watching the pair in awe and almost screaming at how more adorable they were together.

"I think that might be because you're here Pj," Dan smiled "He seems to like you quite a bit..."

Chris' cheeks flushed redder if that was possible and even Pj's had a hint of pink lingering on his cheeks while smiling goofily.

"Is that so Chrissy?"

"I-I u-umm m-might t-think...y-yes...?" Chris said almost guiltily.

Pj looked at Chris with adoration "You're so cute when you are flustered," he poked his cheeks "Especially when you blush." He smirked cheekily.

Chris just hid his face in Pj's chest. Dan hadn't been in such a happy mood since Phil had started talking to him. His good mood faltered however when he saw a group of boys that usually tormented Dan, heading their way.
