All night the master spent trying to figure it out, hours upon hours trying to figure out what he was missing, but he couldn't.
He was angry, annoyed, and for some unknown reason sad.
He paced the console room, running a hand through his already messed up hair, he didn't stop pacing.
"Who is she...?" He mumbled.
The master stopped and turned to the console, once again typing your name. Re-Reading the whole history of you once again. He'd read it that much he could practically recite it off by heart if he wanted to.
This wasn't going to get anywhere, you might be able to give him answers, so, he fixed his clothing and hair and went into the hallway in search for you.
"Human!" He called.
No answer.
The master groaned in annoyance and looked around, finally spotting you curled up tightly in a corner, using your hoodie as a pillow.
He noticed you were shivering, to him the hallway felt fine, but you were clearly freezing.
"Idiot..." he mumbled.
Stripping his blazer off, he walked over and carefully draped it over you and froze.
It felt like he'd down this a thousand times, but that was impossible. He took a step back and watched you for a second, before he turned around.
You weren't giving him answers until you woke up, so, he decided to head out, a new goal in his mind.
He gathered some things from a human store, neatly folded them, placed them in a box, then placed the box where it needed to go, heading back to the control room.
He messed around with some things, and smirked as he stood in the Doctors TARDIS.
"Bring (Y/N) back!" She yelled at the hologram.
The master grinned wickedly and shook his hand.
"Not a chance Doctor, I enjoy watching you suffer."
The doctor glared and he smirked smugly at the sight.
"I have a question, have the human and I ever met?"
The doctor blinked and she tended up a little bit, something he picked up on straight away. He must have hit a nerve at least with that.
"Well, yes, otherwise you wouldn't have taken her."
"No, Doctor!" He yelled, "you know full well what I mean!"
The doctor didn't say anything and he was quickly loosing his patience.
"Yes." She replied, "yes, you have."
"When?" He demanded to know.
The doctor shook her head and offered him an apologetic smile, a look of putting her face.
"I can't tell you, that's something you need to figure out. Can I have (Y/N) back, please?"
"No, goodbye doctor."
The master hung up on her and sat down in his chair, burying his face in his hands.
He wasn't getting anywhere, the more he searched the more questions he had.
When you woke up, you felt a fabric fall from your shoulders. Picking it up, you recognised he purple lining inside to be the masters blazer.
"What the...?" You whispered.
Standing up, you shook it off and carefully folded it. That's when you noticed a box OMG he floor too, it had one word scribbled on the top.
HUMAN
Your heart rate sped up, it was from the master. You were terrified to open it, what did he put in here?
After a few minutes debating, you knelt down, placed his blazer on your lap and opened it. Inside was clothes, shirts and such, and a blanket.
You blinked in shock and closed the box, grabbing his blazer and quickly standing up.
Why did you have his blazer?
Did he place it on you?
Why was he suddenly being nice?
This felt... familiar. Waking up with a blazer or jacket covering you, the smell from the blazer also seemed familiar, but you put that down the being in the masters TARDIS, so, naturally it was everywhere.
You didn't know what to think. As you walked to the console room, different thoughts rushed through your mind.
Once you got there, you slowed down and stopped just in the entrance. The master was sat down reading a book, he didn't even look up.
"M... master..." you called quietly.
"Oh, you're awake." He said flatly.
You nodded and took a few steps, fiddling with his blazer before daring to walk a little closer. Reaching you, you placed it on a railing and took a step back, fully away that he was watching your every move.
"Thank you.. for.. that... and the clothes... and blanket..."
The master didn't say anything, he picked up his blazer and slipped it on, doing the buttons up before facing you.
"Tell me, have we ever met, before the doctor?"
You shook your head.
"I... I don't know..."
The doctor furrowed his brows, surely you would have remembered if you had met him before.
"Why? What do you mean?"
You gulped and shook your head, refusing to tell him.
You expected the master to shout at you, demand you tell him, but he just simply huffed and nodded his head.
"Fine, you may go."
Your eyes widened a little bit you quickly scurried off.
Now he had even more questions, there was something you weren't telling him, and it was clear he wasn't going to get anything out of you this time, and the doctor refused to tell him anything unless he gave you back.
You sat down, slumped against the wall with the blanket wrapped around you.
You couldn't remember anything after that day, whole months disappeared. No matter how hard you tried you couldn't remember.
The doctor never told you about that day, so, there wasn't much you knew. Only the few images that remained in your head
