Chapter 41: Allies

When Surgent Kenter First came to me with case:8530. I knew it was going to be a headache. Case 8530 is linked to 20 other cased all with similar stories involving The Anonymous.  Money scams, fraudulent activities, company corruption,  homicides you-name-it: The Anonymous is an organization and with a sneakerhead leader every-changing. Adam Eastwood and the people affiliated with him was my name priority. But I know that The Anonymous was more than just paper trails and corruption, more than the threatening letter. But an organization with man figureheads. How do you stop an omnipresent threat when they're everywhere? Easy just assimilate and corrupt them from the inside. This is our job. However, this has been proven to be easier said than done. Since no one has ever seen a member for the organization. They are protected by money and lies.

 After college, I served in the military for 3 years until I was recruited into the (Federal-U.N.I).  It wasn't really the route my family wants me to take. My father even said, "We already give so much, why should you put your life on the line?  There're other people coming from a lesser disposition that would happily serve this country. A country doesn't every care for its veterans. They would not bleed for them." My dad is an immigrant and set in his ways. 

As a Computers Infiltration Specialist at the (Federal -UNI): My job consisted of hacking, monitoring in all capacities, and snooping from time-to-time. Since I mostly work at night one can consider this a part-time job. Secret spy at night. United Nations Investigations or (Federal -UNI): monitors and investigates extremely criminal activity.   The organization is a mix between FBC (Federal Beaural of Crime) and CIS (Central Intelligence Services). We're basically the cold case agency. Think of the X-files without the aliens and monsters. We solve things that can not be solved or difficult to solve. So, if the Federal U.N.I can't do it no one else can.  Within each unit is a three-man division, two represent the FBC or CIS and one is the middle man. Both members are unaware of who the Middle Man true identity. This is to keep order and corruption away. Also, the middles man's role is ever-changing anyone in the agency of course with the necessary skills could assume it.  For years, I studied different coding systems, scoop mode-tactics, and the mastery of disguise to become a chameleon in any environment. In my unit its FBC: Kevin Hall, CIA: Dante R.  and the Middle Man: DEX Perry. One of my allies. 

 Case8530 includes documents and medical information about a girl named Aeon Hall. Not just her, but her father as well. This came as a surprise to me because Kevin Hall oversees are a unit 158. I knew he's been keeping tabs on them but not to this extent. From, the information gathered in this file, he's been gathering large amounts of money and information not only from his business but someone from The Anonymous.  This would be normal for anyone else in the agency to not recognize this as suspicious activity: It's his job to investigate The Anonymous. Alarm bells went off when I looked at the dates of download: April 2012 to September 2018.  He's been gathering data on them for years. But why hasn't any of this data been siphon back to me for decoding and analysis?  To make matters worst, when I hacked his computer hard drive all of his data had been erased. If it wasn't for the intelligence agency computers monitoring team: who monitors that activities of every single computer in the Federal U.N.I and partner branches (FBC and CIS), I would have never known what Kevin was doing. This letter different from The Anonymous yet it had the same red seal. Which led me to believe whoever wrote this letter is linked to the organization. But why is this girl so important. It started as a simple profile building plan.  I looked into everything about her health, early childhood education, high school, college, friends, hobbies, and interests. I even looked into the people associated with her such as professors, and even locate store owners near her apartment.  When Aeon's profile finished, I started phase 2: follow her everywhere. I followed her when she went home to her family and walked her little red and brown-hair dog to the coffee shop. She knew she was being followed because she ran from my car all the way into a park and I almost ran her over too.  I even snapped some pictures of her on her balcony. Nothing significant came from my surveillance on her. In fact, Aeon was a simple girl. Who she spends way too much money on online shopping. She enjoyed afternoon walks, addicted to coffee, watched too much tv, never completed at-home workouts, and is an active procrastinator; who always seems to get good grades. After studying her for the past two years, I found becoming very intrigued by her. What started as a mindless job of observation turned into something more.  Yeah, she's lazy and has a daily routine that consists of oversleeping and spending way too much time alone. The surprising fact is she can also be spontaneous at time. Aeon's determination is also quite invigorating no matter how many times things do not go in her favor; she still puts on a happy face and picks herself back up.  She also never dates which is weird considering how beautiful she is and she does the most creative things with her hair.

I've been working with Surgent Kevin for the past two years, and never really knew anything about him.  He hardly talked about his business at Hall Distribution Center.  I knew that he obtained that company as apart of a partnership deal with the previous owner that later died under suspicious circumstances. That is top secret apparently. After two years of studying the Hall family, I could conclude two things. One Kevin has a target on his head. I'm not sure why because I didn't have access to all of the information he has been stealing from The Anonymous. Second, I've learned that I will never learn anything about Aeon unless I get close to her and that is impossible without blowing my cover.  I asked Dante R an intelligent agent to followed her around a few times to find what I missed. Why would one of the most powerful organizations in the world be so concerned with a college student? 

I'll have to past this intellect on to Dex Perry.
