5.THE DAYLIGHT RING

Ian's POV

The party is finally over, with some pretty memories I should add, Now I'm just lying in my bed and wondering about the things that happended out there in the party with Sarah. She didn't stop me while I kissed her, Though I did it when she was in off gaurd and I think I wasn't bad in that  thing.. kiss thing.. When I was ready to go to sleep,The big badass vampire entered my room.

"You know what, you made a good move at the parking with that forehead kiss,"Lin said to me.

"You saw it, don't say you were prying on us out there?"

"No I was't, I just happended to be there when that happened, just for this time take my word as compliment."

"Ohhh I think I'll take it so, Okay you can sleep  on the couch near the bed and I'll arrange the room next to mine for you tommorrow."

"Thats very sweet of you. And I also want you to drive me to the crescent lake tomorrow  eve, I think I need to get my ring from a person."

"Why do you even need a ring..I guess only married men wear those, these days."

"Unfortunately we gonna need it if I wanna be out there in sunlight. What I meant was a day light ring which protects me from sun if I happen to go out there in a day without it I will burn to ashes.. Though I am an original turning into ash and coming back would be the last thing I ever wanna do."

"So you are saying that sun burns vampire to ashes unless they possess a daylight ring. Okay  do you think you'll get one in The Crescent Lake."

"Yes..thats what I said too I have to see a witch named Ibera who was once my friend in those days..."

"What the fuck are you saying...Are you insane no humans live that long she would be dead by now if she were your friend like what a centuries ago."

"Yes, She would have died, but her family would be there atleast I can get my ring from there or even create new one if wanted, just hope their family still practice magic."

"Yes, now thats not insane, it makes sense okay, good night. go and have some sleep."

Saying that he made his way to couch for his sleep just acting like he wasn't slept for many days and the last thing I was thinking before falling into sleep was about her, Sarah Williamson..

Finally I was awake though I never felt liking moving out of bed and then I saw that Lin was awake, just sitting on the couch staring at the closed curtains of the window.

"Do you mind if I just open the curtains?" I asked and he stared at me suddenly with a deadly look and I got my hint and never opened it.

After finishing my morning routines I just finished my breakfast and I found that Lin could also eat human food he ate almost everything that cooked. I just wondered that he is really gonna be tough to handle when it comes to food, and he said don't worry I had a enough of blood yesterday and that will keep him full for a week.

I called Sarah and I informed her I'll be  coming to Crescent Lake today eve and that Lin wanna have to visit some herbal stores down there she said ok.
Yeah I gonna use Lin's visit to some witch as an opportunity for meeting Sarah. I definitely not gonna spend today eve with Lin and some random witch. He said witches always be like human and they mostly do work in or own herbal stores.. which I found to be not so weird.

Lin's POV

It really gonna take hell lot of time to adjust to this modern world I guess. Ian left to visit Sarah after dropping me in the street full of stores. Now I am standing in front the herbal store which would Ibera's. Its been almost 100 years since I came here. I entered the store, there wasn't people inside of it and the stores smelled full of ancient herb unlike other stores. And then I heard a voice of a girl from the bill counter area.
