I have to have hope that one day she will come back to me and that's what keeps me going every day .
I sit in the chair beside her bed and hold her hand as the nurse rose came in just like every day.
She smiled as she walked in with another girl that I have never seen before "good morning Colby how are you today " I smile back being nice" I'm about the same " she nodded " oh and Colby this is Sarah she's a nurse in training so you'll be seeing her a lot " I nod " nice to meet you " she blushes like i was flirting with her .
After Rose checked everything and showed Sarah how to check it they were gone .
Sarah's pov
It was my first day in training and I think I'm doing good .
It finally got to lunch amd me and Rose sat in the break room and I couldn't help but ask cause it was bothering me all day " hey how do you know that guy that was in room 248 and why was he in there most people are not here that early " she sighs" its kinda a sad story well not kinda it is sad " i nod for her to continue " the woman that was in the bed thats his wife shes pretty much in a coma and the doctors know that she will never wake up but Colby still has hope he thinks that one day she'll come back to him" I nod "he really must love her " Rose gives me a small smile before she anwserd " he does theres no doubt about that shes been in the hospital for 6 months and hes been here every day " I shake my head in disbelief" are you for real " she nods " I don't think he loves and thats true love " we both laugh as i nod
