Chapter 8 (Adoff Arc)

We all were doing afterschool cleaning, Cael groaned while wiping down the windows. "I don't know why we gotta do this, I honestly don't like cleaning," He said while sighing. I'm shocked how an angel could act like this honestly. "I know you don't like cleaning, but we gotta clean" I smiled while wiping the desk. "I wonder, how is cleaning fun for you, Gabe?" Cael asked as I shrugged finishing cleaning the class. "Well, I gonna clean the halls," I said before walking off. 

I begin to wipe down the hallway while humming. "Huh?" I noticed a wolf staring at me with his arms cross, he was leaning on the wall sighing. "Why clean when it's gonna be dirty?" A deep voice said, just by that voice gives me the chills. "Adoff Bleiz..."I whisper while slowly looking up to the guy. He glared at me with a very cold look, I gulped slowly standing up. "A-Adoff, what you doing here?" I asked as Adoff huffed, "I'm just here to chill"He said walking up to me. "Don't worry, I won't fight you. I don't see the point when your friends just gonna attack me" Adoff said watching me for a bit longer. "..." I didn't respond, I just continue to eat. "Adoff, why are you like this?" I asked as Adoff looks at me confused. "Huh, like what?" He said coldly. I sigh, "Why are you rude?" I asked as his eyes slightly widen, then look away as he shrugged sighing. "It just happens, I-..."Adoff didn't say a word, he just kept quiet looking down. "Oh, sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you! I was...just wondering" I said. Adoff looks away, "It's whatever.."He said before walking off. 

"I think I did hurt Adoff," I said as Cael shrugged, "I mean, the kid did hurt you," He said laying down on the couch. "You so lazy," Aubry said laughing. "Oh, you wanna see lazy? Check my messy room" Cael grinned as the two begin to laugh. I sigh beginning to do my work. "Cael? The werewolves are messing with me again. I try to tell the teachers, but they wouldn't listen". Cael cracked his knuckles, I stopped him. "Well, there isn't any other way.."I said closing my computer. Maybe I should just talk to them myself? Maybe they'll listen and stop? "I wouldn't' really recommend. But, I wish you the best of luck. I'll be here to kick asses if it goes wrong" Cael grinned as I nodded smiling.

The next day, I walked to the werewolves hall. Cael was there ready to kick some ass at any moment. To be honest, most of them avoided my glare, I can sense fear in all of their eyes. Maybe it is because Cael beating their ass taught them a lesson? I honestly don't know, but I don't pay much attention to it. "Is that them"Carl whispers to my ears as I nodded. A group of werewolves who were smoking in the halls looks at me with a cold glare. Cael was about to jump one of them, but I stop him. "It's okay, let me talk to them," I said smiling warmly. "Excuse me.."I said slowly walking to them. "What do you want, demon lover?" One said, Cael was about to kick that guy's mouth but I stop him again. "It's nice to meet you, but can you please stop with the rudeness? I don't like it when you and your friends are so mean" I said kindly, the werewolves just laughed at me. "Look here, demon boy. You and your kindness aren't gonna stop us, so stop trying" One said pushing me. Cael growled punching the guy in the nose. The werewolf took a couple of steps back wiping the blood from his nose, "Oh it's on now!" One said. He was about to attack Cael when someone grabs him by the wrist and slams him to the ground. Within a couple of seconds, the werewolves were on the ground. The person who did it was...Adoff? Adoff looks at me before sighing, "These werewolves ain't gonna listen, you might as well go now while you can" Adoff said before pointing at the gang of werewolves. We both nodded running off, we could hear the sound of punching and kick while running. 

Me and Cael were leaning against the wall breathing a bit heavily. "Adoff did help you, I'm shocked, "Cael said grinning as I nodded looking at the hallway. "Hey, kid" Adoff walks up to me before grabbing me by the wrist, "I need to show you something.." Adoff said looking down. Cael and I look at each other in confusion before Cael nodded, "Well, I'll leave y'all be" Cael said before walking off. "What are you gonna show me?" I asked. Adoff didn't respond, he just drags me towards the hallway. I honestly trust him since he did beat up those werewolves for me, so maybe he wants to show me something important. 

"You was wondering why I'm rude, well.." Adoff points to a corner. I look at it very closely, it has some claw spots and holes in the wall. I didn't say a word, I don't know what to say or how to even act honestly. "This is my corner. I used this corner to reflect on my life, what's going on, anything..."Adoff sighs looking at it very deeply. I frowned slowly putting my hand to his shoulder, he tenses up a bit but lets me. "Hey! What're you people doing here! Go to class" A werewolf said, oh no don't tell me that's...we both turn around, yep it's him.

Amaruq, nobody doesn't know his last name but he was accepted to many student concealing. He's one of the top students and is always a hard-working person. So, when somebody does something wrong he's always gives us the rules and more. "You know, skipping class is bad. You troublemakers should make your way back to class" He said, his eyes mostly at Adoff. Adoff growled, "What are you doing here, you piece of shit?" Adoff said coldly. "Just doing my work, like you should be doing no life," Amaruq said, his eyes was full of blank, it doesn't have any life at all like he's stressing himself out.  "Tsk", Adoff looks away before walking off not saying a single word. "Hey, that was a bit mean," I said as Amaruq glared at me, "Stop hanging around Adoff Bleiz, Gabriel Raguel. He's gonna ruin you and your files if you keep hanging around him" He simply said before walking off. 

"Oh, Amaruq. I hate the fucking bitch" Cael said before eating. Ren frowned, "He is very mean, but I can sense at least a little bit of kindness from him". Aubry rubs Ren's hair, "You can sense kindness from anyone, but not everyone has that kindness sadly.."Aubry said looking at the demons. Robert nodded before eating. "Well, Adoff does hate him more than any other werewolves". "Maybe they have a personal connection or something?" Aubry asked as I shrugged. "I wanted to ask, trust me I do. But it's none of my business at the end of the day" I said as the others sigh but nodded. "Anyway, I'm planning on having my party within a week" Cael grinned as we all roll our eyes, then we begin to talk about it.

The next day, Cael woke me up. "Gabe! Gabe! We have a problem!" Cael whispers as I groaned slowly waking up. "What's the issue?" I mumble slowly getting out of bed, Cael seem to be a bit hesitant but sighs. "Look outside," He said before walking off, I look a bit confused but follow. Outside, there seem to be posters almost everywhere. It seems that it came from a newspaper, criminal record...

"Man and women arrested from attempted murder"

That last name looks very similar also, it has the last name of...
