The Demon War

Chapter 21

It took a while for Aubry injuries to heal. He told me that his parents saw the pain of his old school cause him, so they decided to keep him here. "Of course, they have to keep it a secret from my old school. They know that I've escape again, but they think I hidden somewhere else" He'd say in the nurse room smiling. "Well, we just glad that you back," Cael said grinning as Aubry nodded leaning back against the bed his back on the wall, "I feel like I'm finally home," He said before looking at me smiling slightly. 

"We been having a problem lately with our race" Cael would say looking at the news from his phone. Lately, the demons have been out of control and the king/Robert father ain't stopping them at all. The races could even tell that his son tries to stop him, but nothing working. "It's stressing me out, he's trying to get me, even more, hated...why can't he just change?!" Robert shouted slamming his fist to the table. We all jumped, we didn't expect him to be this angry. "They all know that you ain't apart of it, Robert, so they don't hate you...at least anymore" Cael would say putting his hands to his chin. "Sooner or later, there's gonna be a war," I said looking down, and I know we all gonna be apart of the war at some point. "Perfect...just fucking perfect, as soon as I came back," Aubry said looking at his injuries. "Don't worry, a war won't happen...yet" Ren said as we all nodded. Ren is right, Robert father can still change his mind...right? 

"It's impossible," Robert said the next day sighing. Basically, all night Robert has been trying to tell his father to stop. But the father just yells at Robert, saying that he'll be a disgrace to the demon race if he ever declines his orders. "He even wants me to start taking over the demon world as soon as I graduate.." Robert said holding his face to his head, he was completely stressed out. I have never seen Robert this stress out in his life before, I can't help but feel extremely bad for him. "Robert.." Cael gently got out of his seat and walks to the guy before rubbing his hair softly. "Don't worry, Robert, we won't let that happen. Even if we're the only people against it, we won't let it happen...ever" Cael grinned and puts his thumbs up. Aubry nodded slowly stand up before walking beside Cael. "You our friend and friends accept each other no matter what" He grinned. Me and Ren joined them, Robert looks down tearing up slightly to himself before looking back at us smiling slightly. "Am I interrupting something?" A deep voice said, we all turn and realize that it was Adoff and his brother. "Heh, I heard what happen and I'm pretty pissed off," Adoff said as Amaruq nodded in agreement. "I'm sorry that you gotta deal with this, Robert, but we'll try to stop it" Amaruq smiled softly as Adoff nodded. "T-Thank you all" Robert smiled, I slowly walk towards Robert before wrapping my arms around him pulling him closer to me. He slowly looks at me in shock before smiling slowly putting his arms around me blushing and smiling to himself.
