Chapter 3: Bakugo

He kissed me.

His lips were on mine, they were warm. At first I didn't know what to do, my eyes were wide opened as his were closed.

Just as quick as he did it, he pulled away and smirked. That's it? That's all he had to reply to being put in his place? Kiss me like it was a joke?

That's when I threw and spilled the ramen all over his face.

"You're such a dick." I say before I ran away.

I turned to go to the elevator, but everyone in our class was blocking it. They saw everything.

"I'll just take the stairs." I say more to myself as I stormed the other way.

"Tanaka!" Ochaco cries out.

I started to run, I wanted to be alone. I needed to control my thoughts, my first kiss was stolen from me. By some egotistical idiot who thinks he's better than everyone.

Once I got to my room, I slammed the door shut and locked it behind me. That's when the tears started to pour and I cried myself to sleep.

The next morning, I changed into a new uniform and got ready. I applied light make up and brushed out my rare red hair like usual. My hair was long and beautiful, my true joy. It felt comforting, it reminded me of home.

I got dressed in my uniform and made my way to breakfast.

Once I entered the dining area of the dorms, I felt everyone starring at me with pity.

"How are you feeling this morning Tanaka-chan?" Asks Uraraka-chan.

"Better, I can't think about it too much. I have to forget about it. I have to focus on myself instead of that immature child." I said aggressively as I took my breakfast plate and joined the girls.

"So what happened?" Asks Ashido Mina, the acid girl.

I sighed before telling them everything that happened. How I told him off and he suddenly kissed me, they were mad.

"Men just think they could whatever they want because they're in the hero course. Well I'm telling you, he won't get away with it." Yaoyorozu says passionately.

"I'm better off just letting it go. I can't do anything about it now. What happened happened and there's nothing that change that." I give up before I quickly gulped down my breakfast and walked alone to school.

The day was long, English was easy. I've been learning English ever since I was born. I had to learn English for the tourists that came downtown to our restaurant. Plus, story books originated from America are so much easier to read when they aren't translated to Japanese. Present Mic really liked my hard effort and always called on me to answer questions with grammar or to write sentences on the board. I knew I would be the top in this course at the very least.

After all the other subjects, we had lunch. This time, I hung out Tokoyami-kun, just us two.

"If we have sparring later in heroics, we can be partnered up if you want. I'm used to your full power." He offers as we sat in the hallway instead of the cafeteria where everyone else was.

"Thanks Tokoyami-kun, I would really like that." I reply eating my lunch.

"I'm sorry what happened to you last night. Bakugo isn't the nicest person." Apologizes Tokoyami.

"You can say that again." I say before finishing my food and taking a walk with him around the school.
