The Dragon Quirk {Bakugo x OC}

Chapter 7: Fin de la Semana Pt.1

Finally, it was Friday!

It would mean the last day this week of school before going on a magical date. Then, the day after, tell my parents all about it when I work for them.

"I can't believe you're going on a date Tanaka-chan! You have to tell us everyday when you back Saturday!" Practically screamed Ashido this morning at breakfast.

"Don't worry, you know I will." I say to the girls, "Especially since I need all your help finding an outfit."

That made all the girls super excited. A girls night they called it. It was perfect.

The school day was boring, we got a ton of homework for the weekend, and with my busy schedule, no time to do it. I'll have to cram it Saturday before my date.

At evening courses, every Friday we were recently told, was actually training. Which includes rescue missions and fighting. Finally! I'm free from the stuffy classroom!

"Now, how we are going to do this, is we will do something similar to the final test at the exam. A rescue and villain situation. I expect you to use everything we taught you this week and apply it to this evaluation." Says the professor as he lead us to the change rooms.

There were very few of us, and surprisingly, I was the only girl. I had a changing room all to myself. I changed into my superhero uniform and made sure to add the extra armor to the wings. Mainly it was on the sensitive bones on the outside to prevent them from breaking again. I've tested it with Power Loader a lot before today. I was surprised it didn't affect my flying at all, and grateful for less injuries.

When I exited the room, I could here the gasps and jaws drop. Except of course for Todoroki and Bakugo, because my outfit was exactly the same except for the additional armor on the wings.

"You look really good." Compliments Yoarashi.

"Thanks, you look attractive yourself." I smile.

It made him blush, oh I can't wait to go on that date tomorrow.

"Now, you'll be partnered up in teams of two for this mission. I have already made the groups so look at the screen and start right away. Our victims are already all spread out, so you can start right away." He says, bored like Aizawa.

I look up to the screen, I was partnered up with Todoroki. Then, I saw Yoarashi was partnered up with Bakugo. Bad mix.

I head over to Todoroki quickly and we rushed quickly together to a zone.

"My suggested game plan," I say as we landed father deep in the arena, "I can be the primary savior and you be the fighter when the villain shows up."

"Sounds good to me."He grumbles, focused on the mission.

We found some victims and helped them out. I was the main person who said the first words and evaluated them quickly before we moved them to a safe zone with other victims. I got a lot of the victims telling me to give me bonus points, and I was glad. Todoroki got a few nods, it was because he was quiet and just saved them. They saved them physically, but not mentally.

Then, there was an explosion near the safe zone for the victims. It was the villain.

"This is exactly like an exam." Todoroki grumbled before going straight for the villain.

I helped the victims run, I carried the little kids in my arms and had the older kids on my wings and used my dragon tail for me to move instead of using my wings. It gave enough power to get me far enough away from the villain to create another safe zone. Then, I flew back to where all the adults were and had them do the same thing, and I kept doing that for the majority of the people.

Then, someone screamed. I turned and saw a couple being surrounded by minions. I flew directly at the first villain and tackled him down. Then I stood in the way of the villains and blocked the couple with the span of my wings.

Then, I breathed fire in a half circle, burning the villains and getting them far away. Then, they started to fire their shots from a gun. Their bullets were painful, but were actually harmless. They were meant just to give us temporary pain like actual bullets.

"Todoroki!" I scream before I heightened the fire and turned my back to them and covered the victims with my wings and body.

They shot through the fire, which made them even hotter and more painful when they shot me

"Are you alright?" The victims ask, seeing me in actual pain.

"Yes, your protection comes first. Are you alright?" I ask back.

"We're fine thank you. If you don't get first with this, than I don't know how." They tell me.

"I just hope my partner comes help me out so you guys can be completely safe."

Then I heard the grunts of the villains as I heard them being knocked down one by one. So I got rid of the fire and freed the victims. My saviors, were Yoarashi and Bakugo.

"Thanks." I say before grabbing the two victims and quickly brought them to the new safe zone.

"You would make a great hero." The victims complimented me.

"Thank you." I force a smile before I saw there was enough heroes around before I went to help my partner.

Todoroki looked like he had a hard time with the main villain, along with Bakugo and Yoarashi. I jumped into the fight and helped off stopping the villains minions. I try to burn their guns, and I blinded them with my light. With them blinded, I was able to take them down. I managed to take down twenty minions before there were none left around the main boss.

They still had a hard time, so I flew myself beside Todoroki.

"What do you want me to do?" I ask him as the villain, who had a water quirk, fought the three of them.

"Use your light, try blinding him from up in the air to let us get some hits." He says.

"Got it!" I yelled over the chaos before I flew up and used my beam of light directly into his eyes. The villain stopped his actions from the lack of vision and the three of them were able to restrain him..

Then, the bell rang for the end.

"So tomorrow at 5? I'll pick you up at the dorms." Yoarashi says.

"Sounds perfect to me." I reply before climbing in the bus.

"We didn't need your help idiot." Barks out Bakugo once I got on.

"Sure you didn't." I sarcastically say before sitting in my usual seat.

I was surprised when he decided to sit beside me.

"We didn't. We had him, we didn't need you to be in the way." He growled.

"You're the only with that opinion. Todoroki told me to intervene, so I did. So don't get your panties in a twist." I say to him angrily this time.

He stopped for a while, "Your boyfriend seems infatuated with you. All he did was talk about you and it was annoying."

"He's not my boyfriend, we're friends for now. We're going on a date tomorrow actually." I say back to him angrily.

"Well good for you, I bet he's a good boy who's a gentleman and will ask your permission for everything. He'll probably be weak in front of you, then break your heart." He argued back.

"Go fuck yourself Bakugo." I say as the bus finally stopped and I jumped off first and made sure Bakugo didn't get in my way.
