Mingi felt his body getting thrown against the bed frame, a huge wave of pain washing over him. Yunho had made his way to him already, his hungry eyes staring at him. He softly stroked Mingi's cheek while bringing his nose closer to the boy's neck to smell his blood.
The redhead was frozen in place, too scared and hurt to move. He was so confused. Yunho had promised him he would never hurt him and protect him at all cost. But turns out that even he can't keep up with his promises. If this was the end, then so be it. He knew he could never live knowing that Yunho had hurt him. Or someone else he cared about, for that matter.
Mingi noticed the pain that was prominent in Yunho's eyes, which made him confused even more. He didn't expect to see anything like regret or even see him holding back at all.

For a second, Yunho's eyes turned back to their normal dark brown colour, but almost immediately switched back. It did seem as if he gained some control over himself, but the question was if it would be enough.

"Run." Yunho whispered, which was very clear to Mingi.

"Yunho?" The younger let out, the confusion being bigger than his instinct to actually do what his hyung said.

"Run!" Finally, Mingi felt himself move when he actually wanted to and threw the older off him. He stumbled a bit to get up, but just made it to the door when he felt a ginormous amount of pain shoot through his leg. He tried to close the door behind him, but it seemed like something was stuck. He kept trying to close it while his vision had gone blurry by the tears that unknowingly had started rolling down his face. Finally he locked the door, a sigh leaving his mouth when he rested his head against the wall next to the closed door. He finally realised how hard he was crying when he didn't even hear someone walk up to him.

"Are you ... Okay?" Seonghwa asked hesitantly, sitting down next to the boy.

As an answer, Mingi just shook his head. He wasn't okay at all, and he wasn't going to lie he was. Everything was a mess right now and he didn't know if he could deal with it. Yunho meant the world to him, and he wasn't ready to lose that again. Yes, he and Seonghwa were getting closer again, being forced to share a room. But it didn't mean that he could deal with losing another loved one.

"I think it's better if we go to your room right now. Just calm down a bit, okay?" Seonghwa tried to comfort the redhead, but knew he wasn't too great in that. He helped Mingi up, but just a second later, said boy broke down in his arms again.

"Mingi, what's going on?" Seonghwa asked worried. He had never seen him like that ever before and it was making him a bit uncomfortable. He wasn't at all close to the redhead, but he knew something was between them in the past. He just wished he could remember.

"I ... I c-couldn't close the d-door ..." The redhead tightened his grip on the younger and was shaking a bit because of the crying. "I thought something was s-stuck ..." His cries only became louder and he almost fell through his legs if Seonghwa wasn't holding him up. The ravenette could only wonder as to what had happened in there or even a bit after, since he had only arrived when Mingi was already outside. "I have to get back in there, Hwa." The redhead pushed Seonghwa away, making his way back to the closed door.

"The fuck you think you're doing?! You really have a death wish, don't you?" Seonghwa let out, dragging a vigorously struggling Mingi away to their shared room. He wasn't going to let him die in the hands of Yunho. It wasn't worth it.

"Mingi, don't cry. Whatever happened, it'll get fixed. He just needs food." Seonghwa tried to comfort the redhead, who hadn't stopped crying ever since he closed that door behind him. Seonghwa tried so hard to put him in Mingi's place, to understand what he was thinking and feeling, but it was so hard. He wanted to cry himself, but he shouldn't make Mingi worry about him. He wondered what he was like before everything. When he was still human. He hated everything about this. He hated what he was now, even though he couldn't remember what he was before. It couldn't be worse than this though.
