Newt x Reader: One Shots

Good Morning

The sun shined bright over the glade that morning, it was certain to be a beautiful day. Most people were already up, but not Y/n.
No matter how loud the birds chirped, and how bright the sun was, she was still sound asleep.

There was thirty minutes left until breakfast, so Newt had no choice but to wake her up, and this was a normal thing for him by now.

He walked over to her hammock, avoiding his limp as much as he could, eager to see his girlfriend. As he got closer he could make out her perfect features, which was basically everything, Newt pretty much loves Y/n more than Minho's love for hair gel.

When he reached the hammock, he took softer steps and crouched down in front of her face, moving her hair behind her ear so he could see her beautiful face. 

"Hey love" he whispers, "it's time to get up."

Y/n groans in response, obviously not wanting to leave her somehow comfy spot in her hammock, "Y/n. It's about time for breakfast, you don't wanna be late do you?" Newt whispers again, this time grasping her hand. Y/n's eyes begin to open very slowly in response to his touch, but they soon close again.

"Y/n...if you don't get up now, you'll leave me no choice" Newt says as he begins to stand up, but once there was no response he attacked.
Tickling her everywhere, making a burst of laughter come out of her. "Oh shuck! Newt stop!" she yells through the laughter, "you left me no choice love!" Newt yells in response.

About a minute of this mess going on, Newt finally stops and Y/n calms down. She lifts her legs over to the side of the hammock and was now sitting up, "good morning love" Newt says smiling at her, Y/n blushes in response and gives him a small peck on the lips.

"I can't believe I almost missed breakfast" Y/n says getting up and fixing her clothes, "you do this every day dear..." Newt says in response, putting his arm around her waist as they walk to breakfast together. "Just never tickle me again."
