Yanna:
We all bowed when Mr. Kim and the new business partners arrived. I looked up and saw the last person I would like to see. What is he doing here? Out of all people, why him?
The board members greeted the newly arrived people a good morning. I just greeted them too. They greeted us back. "You may all take your seats now", Mr. Kim said.
We all took our seats. "Everyone, these men you see with me here are our new partners. They are from Jung Marketing Corporation."
"Good morning everyone, I am Jung Jaewo, CEO of Jung Marketing Corp.", the fine looking man introduced himself. He looks like he is in mid 50's. "This is my son. He will soon be the CEO of our company", he said gesturing to his son which stands beside him. Wanna know who his son is? The heck I think you already know him.
"Hello everyone, I am Jung Hoseok. I hope we can have good partnership. I look forward to having and closing good projects with you", Hoseok introduces himself as he scans the room. Oh shoot, I just want to disappear right now. If only I can walk out of this room right now without him noticing, I already did. I never knew his surname was Jung though. Well I knew, he's a son of a CEO and they have a company, but put of all the companies here in the country, why them? I am doomed.
He spotted me sitting at the corner. He had a quite shocked face when he saw me but, he smiled right after. I don't know what to do. This is too awkward. I smiled back. Well, I tried to. I think I looked like a person trying not to release his poop that is about to come out when I smiled back at him.
"We should sit down, shall we?", Mr. Kim formally asked as he gestures Hoseok and his father to sit. They sat and the meeting started.
They started talking about the new projects that they want to accomplish within the partnership. I looked at Mr. Kim. He looked so serious while explaining and discussing the projects. I kinda admire him though. He's too young to be a CEO but he is always at his best. He is only 2 years older than me, same age as Hoseok. He looks strict and serious but, I know he's kind hearted.
I was busy encoding and taking note of all the points being discussed during the meeting. Hoseok spoke something but I really didn't understand. It's because I admired his features while he's explaining those. He looks so good in his suit. He does not seem like the Hoseok I know. He is totally different. Well, at least that is what I think so.
He finished discussing and I looked away immediately. I continued encoding and taking note of the things they say. Until, I felt someone staring at me. I looked around and scanned the room. I looked at Hoseok, he's staring at me. What the heck.
He looked away immediately. I think he didn't notice that I caught him. I went back to my work. I focused-well, I kinda tried to. I feel really uncomfortable. This is awfully awkward. I can still feel Hoseok staring at me. What does he want?
The meeting continued with Hoseok constantly staring and stealing glances from me. Is he crazy? This is a meeting. He should focus. He should pay attention and leave me alone for now so that I can peacefully do my work.
The meeting soon ended. I only had a few notes about the meeting. This is Hoseok's fault. Luckily, I think I was able to take note of the most important ones.
"Well, that's all for this meeting. We shall have another one soon", Mr. Kim announced. The board members started leaving the conference room until the only ones left were Mr Kim, the Jungs and me.
"Mr. Jaewo, Mr. Hoseok, this is my secretary Choi Yanna", Mr. Kim introduced me to them. I bowed and smiled at them- awkwardly. I hope they didn't notice.
"Nice to meet you Ms. Yanna", Hoseok's father held out a hand to me. I shook hands with him. Hoseok just smiled at me.
Mr. Kim and Mr. Jaewo left the room still talking about something. What the hell?Why is Hoseok still here?!
I saw Hoseok walking towards me. Oh no!
