43- Suspicions

Yanna:

Hoseok left and said he will be back. He left to get us some snacks. He invited me to stay for the rest of the day.

It's been an hour and he hasn't arrived yet. What's taking him so long?

I decided to call him. I suddenly heard something ringing from inside  Hoseok's room. I went inside and found his phone on the nightstand, ringing. Great he left it. How can I contact him now?

I looked at his lockscreen. Wait, is that me? I never remember having a picture like this. I also noticed his contact name for me. 'Yanna💘' What's with the emoji?

I decided to drop the call and looked further in my picture set as his lockscreen wallpaper. I noticed that it's obviously a stolen photo of me. It was taken during the time when we went skiing in a park. I was wearing a thick coat and boots over my outfit that day.

Why would he take a picture of me secretly and set it as his lockscreen?

I tried to open his phone. I just swiped up and it did. He doesn't have a password. I noticed that his homescreen wallpaper is a photo of the two of us. This is weird.

I opened his gallery. There, I saw some of his selcas and photos.

Tf. He looks cute and handsome at the same time.

I looked further and one album caught my attention. The album name was 'My girl💓'. This is it. I'm sure this album contains pictures of the girl she loves. Probably his girlfriend or soon to be? Lucky she is.

I opened the album and was shocked with what I saw. The album contained different pictures of me, all are stolen shots. There were 15 pictures in total.
What is the meaning of this?

I snapped out of my thoughts and deleted the recent call in his phone which is a call from me so he wouldn't know that I touched his phone. I know that it's wrong that I invaded his privacy but I discovered something.

I placed his phone back down and went outside and into the living room. I sat there thinking deeply. Why would Hoseok take pictures of me secretly and even have an album of it. He even named the album 'My girl💓'.
Could it be? Am I the one Hoseok is waiting for?

I suddenly remembered what Dawon unnie whispered to me before. 'My brother likes you' and what Mrs. Jung told me 'You make our son happy'.

Then, it hit me. Hoseok loves me too. He loved me even before I loved him. How stupid of me to not realize that.

If so, who was that girl clinging to him back at the coffee shop? I tried to remember the girl who was with him. It looked like Dawon unnie though. Yes, maybe it was just Dawon unnie. I never had a clear view of the girl because of my tears that time but she surely looked like her. I decided to call unnie.

Yanna? Why did you call?

I was just going to ask you something.

Yeah. What is it?

Uhm, have you and Hoseok got out recently?

Yes. We went to a coffee shop yesterday. Why?

Nothing unnie.

Oh are you suspecting something? Are you and Hoseok finally together?

No. I don't think he likes me.

Nonsense Yanna. He doesn't just like you. He loves you. I know my brother. It's the first time he introduced as a girl. He doesn't even want to stop talking about you when he's at home with us.

Yeah, I am speechless right now.

Uhm, y-yes.

I ended the call. I feel so stupid. I cried and got drunk because of that?
Anyways, it's confirmed. Hoseok loves me. I don't plan on telling him that I already know about it yet. I'll just sit here and pretend to know nothing.
