Yanna:
Almost two weeks has passed after the day I opened up with Hoseok. I am now here, sitting in front of the last batch of paper works I have to finish. The weather gets colder and colder each passing day and the streets gets more covered in snow. It's the last day of the week and the last day before the Holiday break starts.
The day is almost over and I'm done rummaging through the paper works I have to finish. Mr. Kim has called for another meeting. The meeting about the partnership with the Jungs.
I fixed myself in front of the mirror and made my way to the conference room. I opened the door and settled at the corner, my usual place and fixed my laptop.
A few minutes passed , I heard the door clicked open and the board members started entering the room. I quickly stood up, bowed my head down and greeted them a good day. They smiled at me and greeted me back. Then, I sat back down with my laptop on my lap.
Mr. Kim entered with the Jungs. We stood up once again and greeted them. I saw Hoseok dressed up in his suit, looking as handsome as ever. I'm still not used to seeing him like this— dressed in a formal attire,and I'm definitely not used to him being my boss. They greeted us and we settled down.
Before the meeting starts, Hoseok took a glance at me. He smiled at me ever so warmly, his beautiful smile filling my heart with warmth. I smiled back and the meeting started.
"Everyone, I've called you all here to tell you the great news", Mr. Kim started with a smile plastered on his face. "Our first project with the Jungs has been successfully launched. We thank you all for your hard work and dedication. We made this possible because of you."
Everyone clapped and cheered. "We expect you to work harder and better with us for the next projects. This partnership is indeed a great decision. We look forward to having more and more project successfully done with you. Well, we have to plan for the next projects, but for the mean time, I want you all to enjoy the Holidays. Tomorrow will be the start of our holiday break. Thank you and enjoy the break everyone." Mr. Kim ended the meeting. Woah, I brought my laptop here. I didn't know he just called a meeting to congratulate our team.
Everyone thanked Mr. Kim and the Jungs. The board members left the room with smiles on their faces.
Mr. Kim suddenly approached me. "You have done good work Ms.Yanna. You deserve to have a break. Enjoy the Holidays", he said and smiled at me. "Thank you Mr. Kim", I bowed politely at him. "Stop with the formalities, call me Taekwon."
"Okay, enjoy the holidays Taekwon."
He smiled again and left the room.
What has got into Mr. Kim? He's acting weird.
3rd Person's POV:
Meanwhile Hoseok just stayed inside the room after the board members and his father left. He's planning to talk to Yanna. He was about to approach Yanna but saw that she's talking with someone. It was Mr. Kim. He saw Yanna smiling at Mr. Kim. He felt a sudden unsure feeling inside of him. He just decided to wait and stay until they finish talking to each other.
Yanna:
I was about to leave the room but someone called my name. I looked back and saw Hoseok.
"Hi there Hobi", I greeted him with a smile.
"Hello Yanna", he greeted me back.
"Why did you call me?"
"I just wanted to check on you. I haven't seen you for the past 2 weeks. I missed you", he responded.
I noticed that his smile was not as bright as it usually is.
"I missed you too Hobi. Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I am." He responded, waved me goodbye and quickly left the room. What has got into him too? He's weird.
Hoseok:
I called Yanna and he greeted me with a smile. I greeted her back and told her I missed her. He smiled at me. I love that smile. But, I don't know, when I saw her smile at Mr. Kim, I just felt something weird inside me. What is this feeling?
She asked me if I was okay. I told her I am. Did she notice? Did she feel it too? I told her I'm okay and quickly left her in the room.
