Forced Vampire

Chapter 7

Kai and Celeste walked towards a group of people.

"Count." Celeste said curtsying.

She nudged my side. Guess that means bow: Kai thought and bowed soon after Celeste.

"Thank you for having us, Count." Celeste said.

"Thank you for coming, Your Grace." Count Livre replied.

Count Livre had white hair, tanned skin, a top and a black blazer with grey pants.

"This is my daughter and Heir, Liza." continued Count Livre.

"Your Grace." Liza said curtsying.

Liza had black hair, pale skin and a blue dress on.

"And my right hand, Jack." explained Count Livre.

Jack had a full grey suit on.

"Your Grace." Jack said bowing,

"Kai, Heir to Count Rome." Celeste introduced Kai.

I hate these formalities : Kai thought.

"Your Honor." Count replied.

"Count." Kai said crossing his arms.

"Let's move inside to my chamber." Count Livre said.

"Of course." Celeste replied.

As soon as Celeste finished, they all moved inside following Count Livre.

"I assume you know about our situation." Count Livre said.

"Yes, we have been informed." Celeste replied. "Could you show us the room where the breach occured?"

"Yes, of course. Liza will show you." Count Livre replied.

"Kai."Celeste said crossing her arms.

"Of course, Your Grace." Kai replied.

"Right this way." Liza said.

Kai followed Liza out of the room.

"We really appriciate your help." Count Livre said.

"Of course." Celeste replied. "Do you have any suspects?"

"A few, but none of us are powerful enough to manage that large of compulsion." Count Livre explained.

"That's why Kai is here." Celeste explained smiling.

Kai and Liza walked into the room where a man in a white shirt was standing.

"Leave us." Liza said as she walked in and when he walked out she continued, "This is where they broke in."

"How did the person get past all the cameras?"

"They were temporary disabled."

"What did they do here?"

"Nothing. We couldn't find anything missing or deleted."

"Who was guarding?"

"The guard who was here just now. He said he got called down and didn't see anyone. But he left it unguarded."

"Bring him back in."

Liza went to call him back in.

They must have had helo to get in. There's no way to get undetected : Kai thought. What guard leaves his post like this? What are these people? Stupid?

As soon as Liza and the guard walked in, Kai turned to him to do compulsion.

"What are you doing?" Liza asked.
