"It isn't working."

"You have to give it time and you can't expect for it work on me."

"I know that, but I can't even get it started. I'm not feeling anything."

"Try it again."

Lexa took a deep breath in and burst out laughing, "Sorry, I couldn't help it. Your face is too serious."

"That's like the fouth time now, are you serious."

"Sorry, sorry. I'm good now. What should I try?"

"Something simple, like say...making me smile. It doesn't matter what you say, you just have to feel the compulsion."

"Okay, okay."

"What are you guys up to?" Libby asked walking up to them.

"She's trying compulsion." Kai explained.

"Already? I haven't even gotten to that."

"She's a fast learner."

"Apparently not since it's not working." Lexa said and Libby laughed.

"Do you really expect it to work on Kai?" Libby asked.

"She can try it on you." Kai suggested.

"No, no, no. There will be no compelling me," Libby replied nevously but Lexa laughed.

"I wasn't asking, I was telling." Kai said,

"Are you really doing that?" Libby asked.

"Yes, I am."

"As you wish, Your Honor." and Libby.

"I don't have to do it if you don't want me to." Lexa said anxiously.

"Yes you are. Start." Kai told her.

"I thought you two were a thing now. How did you manage to make hime worse?" Libby asked and Lexa laughed.

"Libby." Kai said sternly.

"Sorry, Your Honor." Libby replied.

Lexa walked to Libby so that she was directly in front of her.

"Okay then..." Lexa said.

I was trying to mimic Kai as best as I could...I've seen him do it well...of course he does it better.

"You're going to smile." Lexa said.

"Nope, I'm not." Libby replied.

Damn it. Okay, let's do it again and put much more authority in it.

"You are going to smile." Lexa repeated.

"I don't think so."

"Damn it. It's not working."

"Keep trying." Kai said.

"You are going to smile." Lexa said and Libby smiled.

"Just kidding, it didn't work." Libby joked.

"You are going to smile, aren't you?" Lexa continued.

"No. It doesn't seem like we're making progress here." Libby replied.

"Take a deep breath. Relax, you're only practicing." Kai said. "Try it again."

"Smile." Lexa said.

"No, Your Majesty."

"Smile goddamnit!"

"Try again."

I'm getting sick of this.
