9. I'll be here

You don't know what to feel right now. Jennie and Nayeon. Right now, you are practicing your dance move again and somehow it's is distracting you.

"something going on?..", ask Bobby as he sitting down on the floor with you. "Wanna talk about it..?", ask Hanbin. "Yeah, Y/N. If you talk to us about your problem, then we can solve it and clear your mind!", said Jin-hwan. You look at your senior and sigh. Might as well spill a bean about what happen.

"It just...Jennie and Nayeon...they actually confessed their felling to me", you said. Jun-hoe drinking the water, spit out because of what you just said. "Really?! Those two?", ask Jun-hoe. You nod. "Man, you just debut and you get the attention two of the famous female idol. Lucky..", said Bobby. 

"That's tough, our agency has a dating ban. what are they thinking?...", said Hanbin. "Yeah, If CEo finds out about this, you're toast!", said Jin-hwan. "What's your answer?", said Jun-hoe. "I need time to think", you said sighing. You look at your seniors. "What should I do?", you ask. "You decide, Y/N. Whatever decision you make, we support you", said Hanbin.

"You just smile and nod. "Alright, sunbaenim..Thank you", you said.

Not knowing outside of the practice room, Jennie is listening. She bite her own lip softly. She start to feel guilty. What if you get kicked out from the agency. Jennie don't wan tthat. You just debut and yet she has fallen for you. 

After practice, four of the Ikon member is now going back to a dorm while you still keep practicing your dance. "So tired..", you mutter. Your body feel exhausted as you sit down on the floor. Then, you feel someone poke your cheek with a cold water. You turn around to see Jennie there, smiling.

"J-jennie-sunbaenim", you said. "Thirsty?", she ask. "T-Thanks", you grab the water bottle, open the cap and then drink it up. "Better?", she ask. You nod as you put down your bottle. A few awkward silent from both of you before she decide to speak up

"Y/N..I-i'm sorry", said Jennie. You look at her and confuse. "why are you apologizing for, sunbaenim?", you ask. "Because of my selfish feeling toward you, you feel pressured...A-and I shouldn't do that to you! You just debuted and I risk your career!", said Jennie. Your eyes start to soften. 

"Y/N, can i ask you something..?", ask Jennie. "Yes, sunbaenim? What is it?", you ask. "Do you love me..?", ask Jennie in sad tone. You  look at her. "Well, to be honest...I don't know. We just know each other not that long ago. You're attractive, you're cute, above all, you're bit funny. But i don't know how I felt about you. Sometime i dream about you. Maybe that show that I also started to like you..sunbaenim ", you said.

Jennie only smile. "That's all i want to hear..", said Jennie as she kiss you, but your lips didn't reply to her kiss and she knows it as tears fall from her eyes.

"Whatever happen, i'll be there for you", she said, standing up and walk out from the practice room. You just watch her walk out. 

Outside, Jennie lean on the wall and cried. Knowing that you might've rejected her and she understand it. But she felt her heart shatter to thousand pieces.
