When You Love Someone

•Chapter eleven

A/N -hey guys! this is a chapter in Mia's perspective from 2 years ago when Liliana and Mia got together! i got this idea from the book slumber party so enjoy x

i walked up to the house again wondering why i had even been invited to this slumber party. when Liliana came up to me at school my heart skipped a beat, and i sweat my heart stopped when she asked me to come to a slumber party. Liliana wasn't the most popular but she was still very popular. it didn't help that i had a massive crush on her, why did i always fall for the girls i couldn't have? when she asked me i wanted to say no, knowing that i probably would of said something stupid. i said yes and Liliana grabbed my hand and scribbled her address on it. i half hoped that my parents would say no and i wouldn't have to go but then being them they said yes.
"maybe you could bring a boy home?" my mum teased, i wish i could have the courage to come out to them. she took me shopping that day to buy some new pyjamas. i decided to go for this black silk and lace top with spaghetti straps and some booty shorts in the same style. it was more revealing than what i usually wore but i wanted to impress Liliana.

as i walked up to her massive house, i was nervous but i kept my cool. not that i had any cool but that was besides the point. i knocked on the massive double doors and Liliana opened it.
"hey i didn't think you would come!" She said smiling at me. damn she looked so cute.
"omg we have the same stuff on but mine is white! we look amazing" Liliana exclaimed pointing to my Pyjamas.
"yeah that's so cool!" i said back and Liliana smiled back at me.
"shall we go inside?" Liliana asked and grabbed my hand and i followed her. she led me towards the kitchen. i couldn't help but feel a connection with her when we touched,i smiled to myself.
"this is what i call the snack room!" Liliana exclaimed and she passed me a plate. "help yourself" i grabbed some crisps and biscuits.
"my favourites!" she said before handing me a bottle of water out of the fridge. i took it and followed her upstairs. we went into what i assumed was her bedroom and inside sat around 20 girls and boys in a circle with a bottle in the middle of it. the group made room for us and i hesitated.
"it's only a truth or dare version" Liliana said and patted the space next to her. i reluctantly sat down and Liliana spun the bottle and of course it landed on me.
"truth or dare?" she asked and she smirked at me. i knew the answer easily.
"truth" i replied, she smirked at me.
"do you like someone in this room?" she asked, in pretty sure she knew i liked her. everyone was asking who and making 'oooh' sounds.
"that wasn't the question and anyways it's my turn to spin!" i said embarrassed.

the game went on for about an hour, kisses where exchanged and truths were shared. a girl called Jessica spun the bottle and it landed on Liliana.
"i dare you to do seven minuets in heaven with sam!"Jessica exclaimed. Liliana looked disgusted and stared at Jessica.
"you know i like the other sex!" Liliana complained and i looked at her shocked. Liliana was also a lesbian?! maybe i do have a chance with her...
"okay fine... it's either sam orrrr Mia" Jessica said. my jaw fell to the ground.
"easy Mia." Liliana said. i followed her and Jessica out of the room. we went into the spare room and Jessica stood at the doorway.
"okay we need proof... how about a love bite?" Jessica said before closing the door. i sat down on the bed awkwardly.
"so how do you want to do this?" i asked. Liliana took a step towards me.
"like this" she said as she sat down on my lap and kissed me. our time was doubled and probably tripled but we didn't care.
