When You Love Someone

•Chapter fifteen

A/N- this is another flashback, this time its the story of how Ellie and Lilith got together! this is in the perspective of Lilith. also sorry this is also such a short chapter. enjoy the chapter x

~one year ago~

I was sitting in the school Library studying when I heard a crash. I turned around and saw that the new girl Ellie had dropped the books she was holding, I looked around and no one was going to help her. I swallowed my nervousness and stood up. the thing was I'm openly Pansexual and I knew Ellie was gay, I think maybe I might have a chance with her. I walked up to her and helped her pick up the books she dropped. I happened to pick up my favorite book, heartstopper by Holly Bourne. she smiled at me as she grabbed the rest of the books and held her hand out, I passed her the book and I smiled at her.

"that's my favorite book, do you like it?" I asked and she smiled.

"its one of my favorites actually. my name is Ellie by the way what's yours?" Ellie asked, I obviously knew her name already. I took one of my first looks at her when she wasn't wearing our schools uniform. she was wearing a lacy crop top that looked like a bra with some trousers and chains attached to them. she blushed slightly when she saw me checking her out.

"my name is Lilith, what over books do you have?" I replied and she smiled.

"the heartstopper series by Alice Oesman. they are graphic novels but they are really good. have you read them?" Ellie asked obviously more relaxed when talking to me.

"I love them!" I replied and she smiled.

"do you wanna come and sit with me? I'm studying for the chemistry exam" I asked wanting to carry on talking to her.

"yes please! I'm so bad at chemistry... could you help?" she said and I nodded my head. I led her to my table and we studied together. in the middle of it she tucked my hair behind my ears. I blushed and looked at her. she was blushing too.

"if I kissed you right now would you hate me" she whispered and I shook my head. Ellie leant forward and kissed me. I didn't care that we were in the middle of a library because I knew I had found the love of my life.
