Ignazio's POV:

"What do you mean?" I asked hoping that I heard her wrong.

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN BY WHAT DO I MEAN?! THEY'RE GONE! SOMEBODY BROKE IN AND TOOK THEM!" she shouted and ran her hands down her face.

I took my phone out of my pocket and dialed Marco's number. He picked up after the second ring, "Boss, the job's done. The girls are all safe and back home." He spoke as soon as he answered.

"Okay, that's not what I called for. Somebody broke into Ellaria's house and kidnapped Ebenezer and Marianne. I need you to arrange the best team of fifteen and send them to her house, I will message you the address." I told him quickly and hung up before dialing another number.

My eyes snapped to Ellaria and I climbed up the stairs as she talked to somebody over the phone. She looked like she was going to break down any moment now.

"I want you here, Bray. I know I am asking for a lot but I don't know what to do." She said and her voice cracked at the end.

Alfonso finally picked up after the sixth ring, "Alfonso, where are you?" I asked without giving him the chance to speak.

"At the main house, boss man. What's up?" he questioned casually.

Alfonso was one of the best tech experts we had on the team, "I want you to come to the address I am sending you, right away and come with your system. You have fifteen minutes tops." I commanded and again, without any reply, hung up.

Ellaria turned around as her phone dropped to the ground and ran in my arms, "I don't know what to do." She whispered in a broken voice.

"We'll find them, don't worry. I've made a few calls and they'll arrive here and we can check the security footage, yeah? We'll get them back, unharmed." I tried to reassure her.

"They would be scared to death without me, Ignazio. You don't get it, I've raised those two and I don't think I can survive if anything happens to even one of them." She sniffled and pulled away trying to keep her tears at bay.

"They'll be back with you in no time and unscathed." I softly whispered.

She swallowed audibly and took a step back before looking at me with tears in her eyes, "I don't deserve you." She softly whispered and descended the stairs while I stood on my spot frozen trying to process the meaning behind her words.

When my body recovered from the shock, I followed her down with a slight frown now etched between my eyebrows. I grabbed her wrist and walked her to the kitchen before seating her down on the stool. Grabbing a glass from the cabinet, I poured some water in it in and handed it to her.

She drank half of it and placed the glass on counter. Her left leg was continuously bouncing up and down as I tried to calm her down.

Keyword: tried.

"Braylon is in Sicily, he will be here in approximately two hours." She told.

"That's fine. The more, the better." I squeezed her hand.

Just then, we heard footsteps and I placed my hand on the gun, just in case, but it was Alfonso and another crew member, Gabriel.

"Boss, Miss." He nodded us each with a greeting.

"Check the security cameras, Alfonso. All five of them between yesterday night ten pm to three am in the morning today." I instructed.

He nodded and went to the basement of the house to get to work. The next minute, I heard multiples cars approaching outside the house and went to check. Marco has sent fifteen security guards as asked and a clean-up crew as well.
