Chapter 7: forgiveness?

Ruby's pov:

I left team JNPR's dorm room and went back to my dorm with a slight smile on my face. I want to see Weiss again. I really do! I  open the door. There I was greeted by one of Weiss's hugs. I hugged her back and smiled. Then the Ice queen spoke.
"Listen Ruby. I know you're excited but can we talk about this tomorrow? I'm tired and it's just a rollercoaster of emotions right now.."
I nod then I go to get changed. By the time I'm changed, Weiss is already asleep. She really was tired wasn't she.. I climb into my bed and try to sleep.. but I really couldn't. I tossed and turned all night.. it didn't help knowing we had classes.. I didn't sleep at all that night. I would've slept next to Weiss but I still don't know how she feels about me.. I got out of bed and got changed into my uniform and waited for Weiss to wake up. I was sat on my bed studding when I heard Weiss get up. I waited for her to go in the bathroom then I got out of bed again. I put my notes in my bag and yawned. You could tell I haven't slept at all.. I hope Weiss doesn't notice.. she's kill me for not sleeping.. I sat on Weiss's bed and waited for her. She walked out and took one look at me..
"How much sleep did you get Ruby?" She asked as she walked over to me.
"U-Urmmm.." I tried to think of what to say to her..
"You didn't get any did you?!" Weiss said in a kind of angry tone. I shook my head and she let out a sigh.
"You need sleep Ruby. We have classes today.. you can't keep doing this.. what we're you doing all night?" She asked as she sat next to me..
"I-I was thinking.." I muttered just loud enough for her to hear.
"And what were you thinking about that is more important then sleep?!" She asked
"I-It doesn't matter.. let's just get to class.. I need to meet Pyrrah" I said then I got up and walked out leaving Weiss confused.

Weiss's pov:

I need to talk to Ruby but she's always in JNPR's dorm.. so I'll have to wait until she either comes to get changed or when she comes back tonight. After what Pyrrah said yesterday, I couldn't believe I put Ruby in thats state.. I still can't believe I got angry with her over going to mean up with some friends! I feel so bad.. I can't wait for her to come back.. I just hope she'll forgive me.. I didn't mean to get mad with her.. I got changed and laid in bed studying for a while when I heard the door open. I turned the see.. Pyrrah??
"What are you doing here Pyrrah? I thought you and Ruby were hanging out.." I said as I stood up
"We were. She wanted me to see if you were in or not. Have you spoke to her yet?" She asked
I shook my head
"No. Not yet.. I'm waiting for her to get back.. how has she been acting today?" I asked Pyrrah
"Tired.. very tired.. it's like she didn't sleep at all last nig-" I interrupted her
"She didn't. I wish I was joking but I'm honestly not.. I asked her about it before school school and she said she was too busy thinking but then she left to find you" I said as I took my hair out of my usual side ponytail.
"Talk to her about it. The only reason I came was because Ruby said she wasn't coming back if you weren't here." As Pyrrah said that, I blushed. And I'm pretty sure she saw because she just laughed at me.
"I'll go get Ruby for you Weiss" Pyrrah said as ale walked out.
I was alone again. But this time, I knew Ruby would walk in any moment now. I get up and wait at the door for her. Surprise hug again. She seamed to smile last time I did so. I heard her voice and I smiled to myself. I waited for her to walk in then I hugged her from behind. I made her jump slightly but she seamed to relax as soon as she realised it was me. God I want to kiss her so badly right now!
"Hey Weiss" Ruby said as she smiled.
"Good evening Ruby." I replied. We were silent for a while then I spoke
"Hey Ruby.. may we talk now?" I asked.
She nodded. I let go of her and sat on my bed. I patted the bed next to me and she sat down.
"A-about yesterday.. I understand that there was no need for me to get mad at you.. and when you left.. I can't even describe how I felt.. I was crying nearly the whole time you were gone and when Pyrrah came to speak to me, I felt horrible.. I didn't mean to hurt you Ruby.. I'm so so sorry Ruby.. I-I love you! I feel so stupid for getting mad at you. There was no need at all.. Will you f-forgive me and be my g-girlfriend again please... just one more chance.. that's all I need.. I won't let you down again I promise!" I said as I look up at Ruby.
She nodded.
"Y-yes!" She said as she hugged me tightly. I hugged her back and smiled.
"I love you Weiss!" Ruby said as she kissed me. I kissed her back. After a few minutes, I pulled away from the kiss.
"I love you too Ruby" I said as a laid down. Ruby laid down next to me.
"Try and get some sleep tonight okay Ruby.." I said
"I will Weiss. Don't worry." Ruby said an she wrapped her arms around me. I quickly kissed her forehead then smiled. That made Ruby slightly blush. I'm glad I have her back. I love this girl. She's mine. No one else can have her because I'll never stop loving her. Even if we fall out again, I'll forever love her. I've loved her from the first day I met her. I want this girl for the rest of my life.
