AN// We had a fog delay today!! I got to write a little extra!!! Lol I'm really happy about that(: -Meg

I wake up freezing, it's maybe around one thirty in the morning. I get out of bed and quickly put a pair of socks on and a sweater before going to turn the heat on. I can hear rain coming down on the roof hard and doesn't sound like it will stopping anytime soon, but I don't mind.

I actually really like the sound of rain and the smell of it. It's a hard smell to explain but anyone should be able to smell when rain is here. I want so badly to open one of my windows and just sit and watch and listen as the rain comes down but it's to cold for that.

I walk to the dark kitchen and open the curtain so I can see how much rain is coming down. Lighting and thunder crash far apart from each other telling me that it wasn't even close to where I am but I can still see the dark gray sky light up blue from the flash.

After maybe thirty minutes of watching go back to my bed, it finally is warming up making me feel more tired than I was originally .

When I wake up again it is because my alarm clock started going off. I get out of bed and walk to the kitchen to make a bowl of cereal before going to my bathroom to take a shower. It is still raining outside so I call for a cab while I put my uniform on.

It takes them about ten minutes to get here so I quickly finish getting ready before my phone rings telling me that my cab is here. I grab a zip up jacket and put it on before putting the hood over my head and hurry out the door to the parking lot.

I pay the guy and thank him before getting out and walking into the hotel. The hotel is warm when I walk in making me love this weather even more.

I go to the employee room and put my things into my locker before getting to work almost immediately. I help a few customers with there luggage, brought towels to a few different rooms, brought supplies to the bakery and got to try a new kind of doughnut they made which was really good.

I saw Sehun a few times during the day but I never said anything. I'm not sure what to be thinking right now, I mean, once minute he is being serious as hell, then the next he is trying to hit on me and touch me. Is there a side of him that is just in the middle? If there was I would like to see it. I'm still surprised by him telling me "I want you". Every time I see him I think about the way he said it to me, his voice was low and soft and seemed to rumble deep in his chest.

...

The days start to go by quickly, making it seem like five days was just one. I haven't said a lot to Sehun either and he hasn't tried anything like the night in the car a while ago. I've learned a couple things about him, like when he is concentrating hard on something he will start to chew on his pen or lip. He doesn't smile a lot either, I think he just takes his job very seriously.

I've been wanting to talk to him for at least two weeks but I haven't gotten enough courage to so I spend my nights alone, like usual. I also didn't notice how lonely it could get, I always had someone to talk to in my old town but I can't call down there anymore. I know I shouldn't have gone down there either, it was a stupid mistake, I could have been seen by more people than I thought and now they might even know where I left to.

Today was much more stormy today, the wind was blowing harshly, pulling trees and ripping the leaves off of them. The rain is coming down like someone is dumping buckets of water down from the heavens while the sky is continuously being lit up by lightning.

As much as I love the rain this is a little much, well just because the lightning so close to us. I haven't been a fan of thunder or lightning for a long time, and beautiful as it looks I just don't like it since what happened.

I open my locker and put my things in it before turning around to go upstairs. I see Sehun out of the corner of my eye right as he calls me to come over. I hesitate at first before going over to see what he needs.

"Can you help me carry these up to the top level? I don't want to have to take two trips." He says as he hands me a big pile of bed sheets and grabs a stack for himself.

I follow him into one of the elevators and quietly wait as we go up.

"The month is almost over, what do you want to do next month?" He says breaking the silence.

"Oh, uh, I'm not sure yet. I might just do this again."

"I'm sorry about my behavior the other night. It was extremely inappropriate, I had a bit to much to drink I think." He says quietly.

"I-It's ok." How long does it take for this damn elevator to go up?

We spend the rest of the ride in an awkward silence, well it was awkward for me so I would suspect it was just as awkward for him. He tells me to put them down in one of the empty rooms for the maids to get when they need them.

We get into another elevator and once again awkwardly wait for it to go down. A loud growl from the sky roars right as the elevator lights flicker on then off. My heart stops momentarily as I realize that the elevator has stopped moving.

Sehun sighs slightly before I hear a slight thump on the floor, there is no light at all anymore making me begin to panic.

"Calm down, this happens sometimes. We just have to wait for them to come get us out so take a seat and get comfy." I hear him say.

"What happened?" I say quickly.

"Lightning must have hit a power line that comes here and overloaded the place or something."

I try to keep cool as I stand in complete darkness, it never turns out well in the movies to be stuck in a dark elevator.

"It's nothing serious, I've been stuck in these a few times. They aren't going to fall or something if that is what you are thinking. A light will come back on later, but it takes them a while to get us so.." He says as a red light turns on making the small space turn red.

"There we go." He says looking at the light.

I slowly sit down not feeling at ease at all, I'm still shaken up by the whole incident and can't help that my hands are shaking.

"Why did you move here? I'm assuming that you had a life back at the other town considering how mad but happy that guy was about seeing you." Sehun says a couple minutes later.

"Oh, I- uh, I didn't like living there. It turned into a pretty bad town so I left."

"What happened to it?"

"Uh, the man that originally ran it, I guess you could say, was killed. So, his wife remarried to an asshole that ruined the city. I didn't want to take his shit anymore so I left."

"Oh." He says softly.

"But then I moved here and met this guy who got me a job at Mr. Vin's and a couple weeks later you guys came and offered me this job." I lean my back against the wall facing Sehun.

"What about you? Have you always lived here?" I say trying to get off the topic about my old town.

"Yeah, but on the other side until I was around your age and left and got a job here."

"So you've been working here for three years?"

"About that, I worked for Mr. Vin at one time before coming here. I actually had to stay at this crappy hotel for a while." He chuckles slightly.

"Me too, when I first came here I had to becuase I didn't have enough money to get an apartment." I say with a small smile as I think about it.
