Chapter 62

I wait, wait for anything to happen, a phone call, text, anything. But nothing happens.

I spend weeks depressed, I don't know what to do, I don't know where he is, maybe he is back in the coven, should I get a plane ticket and fly there? Should I just leave him alone?

"Sehun, h-how are you doing?" Tao asks me as he walks into the staff lounge.

"Fine." I say more agressively than I should have.

"Sehun, I know you are going through something but it's almost your birthday. Cheer up a little, I don't like seeing you like this, none of us do." He say trying to comfort me but I ignore him as usual and get back to my job.

I completely blow off everything on my birthday and lock myself in my room.

I think about everything that happened this day with Luhan and it hurts terribly.

My mother stopped by and some how unlocked my door to let herself in pissing me off even more.

"Sehun, baby, please talk to me. I'm your mother for peets sake." She says as she walks over and sits on the edge of my bed by me.

"Leave me alone." I sigh trying to get her to leave even though I want her to stay. She's my mom, and I do love her.

"Sehun, please look at me." She says softly.

I roll over to face her and she brushes the hair out of my eyes before a tear falls down my cheek and onto the pillow.

"Oh, my poor baby." She says before pulling me up and wraps her arms around me, holding me tightly.

"I'm so sorry about everything, I can't bare to see you like this. It was my fault all of this happened, I should have done more to be a better mother to you. You're hurt and I haven't done anything to try and comfort you, I'm so sorry, baby. I know how badly it hurts to loose someone you love, but I promise things will get better for you, I'm going to make it." She says as tear begin falling down my cheeks and onto her shoulder.

"Mom-"

"You know I love you, don't you?" She says cutting me off.

"Yes,"

"Do you want me to bring you any food? I can make you whatever you want." She offers and I shake my head.

I lay back down and ask her if she'd stay with me before she smiles and nods. She lays down next to me and brushes my hair soflty with her hand like what she did when I was younger.

The next days go by slowly, I force myself to put a smile on my face and continue on with my life. Even though it is hard, I need to forget about everything, he doesn't want me, so why should I waste my time crying over him?

"Sehun!" Suho yells while I laugh at him. "I'm soaking wet!" He whines as everyone else laughs at him.

"Why do you blame me?" I chuckle before he hits me in the back of the head.

"Because no one else would put a bucket of water on the top of my door." He complains as he takes his shirt, wrings it out, and shakes water out of his hair.

"That's not true!" I defend myself.

"Anyways, everyone should get back to work." I say before leaving and going back upstairs to the lobby.

"I know! I didn't ever think Americans would come here." I over hear some of the other workers say.

Hm-

"Sehun!" I hear my boss call.

"Yeah?" I say as I walk over to him.

"Some people were looking for you, I don't know where they went but- oh, over there." He says pointing to a small group of people talking to each other.

"Why?"

"They didn't say, but they said they know you." He says before telling me to go over there.

I slowly start walking towards them before reconizing who they are, no, no they aren't here.

"Sehun!" I hear as I turn and start walking the opposite direction.

"Sehun stop!" I hear before I am yanked back by my arm.

"Why are you here?"

"It's about Luh-" Cameron says and I cover her mouth before she can finish her sentence.

"I don't care-"

"He needs you, he's hurt."

"Cameron, you need to stay out of our business. We broke up, he doesn't want me-"

"No, he does, Sehun, it was Juliet's fault! She put something in you guys that made you see and hear everything you didn't want to hear the other person ever say. She said she was just trying to get you two to fight so we would have a few extra days off!"

"What?"

"Sehun, is everything ok?" Xiumin says as he jogs over to us.

"Yeah, I- uh.."

"I'm Xiumin, I'm Sehun's friend." He smiles to the girl and she smiles back.

"Would you mind giving us a minute?" She asks before he awkwardly nods and looks at me to make sure everythings okay. I give him a slight nod before he nods back and walks back towards the bakery.

"We can't find him, and he's hurt badly. We need you to come help us. He shut us out so we can't hear or see him, and we know the area he's in but we can't find him. Sehun, we need you."

"How did- no, I can't I have a job-"

"Sehun! You don't understand what I mean, he is hurt! Bleeding out hurt and he's the only one who's capable of teaching us how to do shit!" She says making everyone look over at us.

"Shh, quiet down."

"Come with us!" She says looking back at the small group of them. I see Hanna and she has a worried look on her face as she glares at Juliet who is shaking.

"F-fine, but I'm not staying." I say before she smiles and grabs my arm.

"Sehun, where are you going?" Tao says stopping me and looking between me and Cameron.

"It's an emergency. Come on, we are going to miss our flight." She says before leaving me and going back to the group.

"Where are you going?" Tao asks as I stop.

"I have to leave, I'm in a hurry, I'll be back later, ok? Just tell Mr. Wu I'm sorry about leaving but there was an emergency." I say and he nods before I go catch up with the group.

"We need to hurry, Sehun." Hanna says before pulling me and the rest of the group out of the hotel and into an allyway.

Within seconds I find myself in a forest. The trees are big, tall, and spaced out and the ground it covered in brown pine needles that have fallen off.

The sky is gray making the light look white almost. Everyone else is gone and I stand alone in the silence, why is it so quiet?

Out of nowhere large flames begin burning about quarter mile away from me down the slanted hill and the first thing that come to my mind is Luhan.

I start running down the hill before hearing a loud, heart breaking sound come from inside the flames. Is he in there?!
