Chapter 63

AN// Wow, can I just thank you all for putting up with my terrible spelling and grammar throughout this book? It's my first and probably my most poorly written so thank you guys for loving it anyway haha.

I run down the hill towards the fire and begin feeling the heat of it as I got closer. Suddenly the flames vanish leaving the ground untouched like they had never been there. I see a small body curled up in a ball on the ground with a jacket around h.

It's him, I hurry to the body and grab him by his jacket and pull it up to see nothing under it.

"What the hell?" I mutter as I look at the blood covered jacket in my hands then at the empty ground.

A loud crash from behind me startles me into jumping and turn to see a tree fallen over on it's side. I run up the mountain towards it while hearing more crashes and feel the vibration of the ground as each tree hit the ground.

I gasp as I stop in front of the pile of trees that have been torn out of the ground and now resting on their sides.

I see Luhan standing with his back to me on the other side of where the trees lie on the ground.

"Luhan!" I yell before he turns his head to show the profile of his face then turns and starts walking up the hill. "Luhan! Wait!" I yell as I hurry around the mess of trees.

I look up hill where he had been walking but see him nowhere. I look back and find myself standing where he had just been.

I begin jogging up the hill in seach of him and see him standing with his back to me off to the side.

"Luhan!" I sigh as I run over to him and wrap my arms around him. I look up and realize I'm hugging a fucking tree.

I let go of it and groan before turning to see him running around and playing around the trees before I hurry after him.

As soon as I get to him he runs around a tree and doesn't come around the other side. He comes around another tree ahead of where he originally was making my head hurt.

I chase him back and forth before I finally stop and cover my face with my hands.

I lean against a tree trying to catch my breath before looking down to see him sitting on the ground with his legs pressed to his chest and head burried in his arms.

I sigh before bending down to touch him but feel a warm breath on the back of my neck.

"Sehun." His voice says from behind me and I quickly turn to see him standing behind me with his eyes locked on the ground behind me.

I turn to see that the body that was just sitting next to me is gone and look up to see no one once again.

"What the fuck! Where are you?" I yell before a tree behind me fall inches away from hitting me.

I scramble forward before another one falls where I had just been standing.

One by one they begin falling as I run away from them while they fall closer and closer to me.

I turn to the right and start running forward as they fall, inches away from hitting me before one falls in front of me. I slide trying to stop myself before turning and running up hill. They continue falling behind me and in front making me run every which way as the wind blows the needles around on the ground.

Suddenly everything stops, the trees stop falling, the wind stops blowing, and I bend over trying to catch my breath. I look up and I see him.

He's tied to a tree making me sigh and I hurry over to him.

Is it him? Is it really him?

I raise my hand and slowly move it forward to press into his chest and hear him groan. I quickly move to the other side of the tree and try to get the knot out before it falls to the ground. I see Luhan start falling forward but I grab him keeping him from hitting the floor.

"Luhan, Luhan it's me, Sehun. I-I got you." I say softly as I try and wake him up.

I sit us down on the floor with him on my lap before pressing my ear to his chest. I'm relieved by the soft thumbing I hear and let out a soft sob.

"Luhan, I'm so sorry. I'm sorry this happened to us, it was neither of our fault. Juliet put something in us that made us act that way. I love you, Luhan, so much." I say holding him tightly to my body.

He makes a soft groaning noise and I quickly loosen my grip before kissing his cheek, neck, nose, chin, and everywhere I possibly could.

"Don't ever send me back to my house, I don't want to be anywhere but with you." I whisper as I nuzzle my head in the crook of his neck.

It feels so good to have him in my arm, it's been so long since I've been able to hold him, and kiss him.

I don't care what has happened or what's going ot happen, I just want him to be with me, as long as he wants me by his side I'll be here. No matter what happens, it might be crazy, it might be stupid, but I don't care, as long as he's with me I'm happy.

"I love and hate you so much right now." I say softly as we sit here.

"Sehun?" He says softly and I quickly look up.

"Yes?"

"H-how did you get here? Why are you here?"

"What? Are you mad I didn't stay back where you put me?"

"You wanted to go, Sehun. You told me you wished I would have never texted you." He says softly as he looks away from me.

"No, I didn't. You told me you wished you would have texted Baekhyun instead of me." I say just as quietly as I remember how painful his words were.

"No, I would never wish that!" He says trying to sit up.

"It was Juliet, she did something to us that made us hear what we didn't want to hear from each other. What happened to you?" I say pushing the hair out of his face.

"Juliet did this?" He says sitting up quickly but groaning in pain and laying back down on my chest.

"Yeah, she's scared out of her mind right now. I don't think she meant for this to happen. But what happened to you, Luhan, why are you bleeding?"

"I left the coven and came here and got lost but I didn't care, I tripped and fell and these guys jumped me and tied me to the tree." He says chuckling slightly.

"How is this funny?"

"I don't know, I'm just trying to lighten the mood." He says making me roll my eyes at him.

"So what are we gonna do?" I say as he rubs my hand.

"We aren't going back there, I'm not going to teach those ungreatful brats-"

"Luhan-"

"Sehun! Do you know how much that fucking killed me? All that just so they would get out of a couple days of work? No, I'm not teaching them shit."

"Well then what are we going to do?" I ask before he turns his head to look at me.

"Let's get married." He says with a smile across his face as his eyes stare back into mine making my heart skip a beat.
