Brooke had finally gotten a job, Lucas would keep Nicholas while she would work. Today was Haley's show at TRIC, Lucas offered to keep Nicholas so she can go see Haley. Brooke wore s black dress and did her hair and makeup. Haley wore a red dress and did the same. Once they arrived they sat and talked before the show. "So how are things going?" Haley asked.

"Great, Nicholas loves him, I'm glad Lucas is in his life." Brooke replied.

"That's great Brooke, and what about you two?"

"What about us?" Brooke asked.

"Anything happening with you two?"

"No, we are just parents who happen to have the same son." Brooke said shrugging it off.

"Please welcome Haley James Scott!" The DJ said from the stage.

Haley walked up to the stage as Nathan and Brooke cheered her on.

Meanwhile, Lucas had taken Nicholas for ice cream and now they were heading back to his house. "We need some music!" Nicholas said.

"Yeah! Hey buddy will you hand me the CD right there on the floor?" Lucas asked him

Nicholas reached for the CD but he couldn't grab it, "I can't get it."

"Its alright, I got it." Lucas said, he kept his hand on the wheel and looked back trying to get the CD. He had his fingers on it, but then he heard Nicholas gasp and yell out "Daddy look out!" Lucas quickly looked up but it was too late, they got into an accident.

After Haley was done, she came down and returned to Brooke and Nathan "Aw Hales you did great! I missed that voice!" She said.

"Thanks Brooke."

"Hey I'm gonna go call Luke and check in." Brooke went into the hallway and called Lucas, but he wouldn't answer his phone. She left a voicemail.

Lucas had finally woken up, he felt dizzy and when he looked down, he noticed he was bleeding and he saw glass in his stomach. He looked in the mirror and saw Nicholas unconscious, bleeding everywhere. Lucas quickly unbuckled and tried to move Nicholas but he was stuck "come on buddy you gotta wake up!!" Lucas grabbed his phone and called 911 then he got out of the car and screamed for help. Finally a man stopped and Lucas asked him if he could call Brooke for him, the ambulance got there and they left. So the man called Brooke.

Brooke saw that Lucas had finally called her back "Hey Luke, I was getting worried everything okay?"

"Is this Brooke?"

"Um yeah, who is this, where's Lucas?"

"My name is Brady, Lucas was in an accident, he had a little boy with him he won't wake up, we called 911 they are on the way to the hospital."

Brooke was lightheaded she started to cry, she immediately hung up the phone and went to find Haley. "Lucas and Nicholas were in a wreck, he won't wake up, I have to go to the hospital." Brooke said sobbing.

"Alright, we'll meet you there." Nathan said.

Brooke ran to her car sobbing, she started to drive to the hospital "Oh please don't take my son, please don't take my baby."
