Can't get enough of you

Collen POV

"Papa I promise I'll be fine, you don't need to worry about me." I seem to be saying that a lot to my papa. I said it the day I left the pack to go to college and start my life over ten years ago, I said it when I got into an accident and was in the hospital for weeks, I said it when I had my first heartbreak, catching my boyfriend in bed with another guy and I wanted to die. Papa is a worrywart when it comes to me, he has always been like that.

"You say that a lot son but, are you? I don't like that you don't come home. It makes me think there is something you're hiding and don't want us to see you." Papa sighed on the other end of the phone.

"I'll be home soon, I called Skylar and spoke to all of them, I have it all planned out and the news I have is wonderful news so please, don't worry. I love you, papa, I'll see you in a few days." 

"I love you too Collen, see you soon." Papa hung up and I sighed. 

Before we get ahead of ourselves here, let me introduce myself. My name is Collen O'Brian, I'm twenty seven years old, my dad is Jake and my papa is Sawyer, the best parents anyone could ask for. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be a successful architect CEO of my own company, living in LA. My life was good but since I met Xavier, it's perfect. 

I was told not to get too serious with him because my mate is out there but with all the traveling I do, to different countries and states, I haven't found them. Not having an active wolf doesn't help either and no one knows why he's dormant, but I'm sure if my mate caught my scent, they would approach me at least but no one had so I made the decision after four years of being with him that I would ask him to marry me and he accepted.

That night we celebrated all night long and we marked one another, making us mates, even without a destined mate bond. We wanted to have a small gathering of our friends on Saturday but, things changed so no one knows we're engaged yet. It's Sunday and I called home to let them know I was going to be there, to tell them the good news in person. 

Everyone loves Xavier, he is a wonderful thoughtful man who is so sweet and kind. He is also so beautiful and he takes my breath away each time he just looks at me. I can't imagine my life without him. 

My "siblings" meaning my many cousins all get along with him and when they each come to the city, we go out and have a good night out. We even met another couple, a gay couple and things got heated between us once in a while but now that Xavier and I are engaged, I don't think that'll be happening again but who knows? 

"How did the talk go with papa?" Xavier asked and sat down beside me on our couch. 

"Worried as usual, but good. I can't wait until they know we're getting married. I still can't believe it. I love you, Xavier." I said and pulled him onto my lap, kissing him deeply.

"Mm, I love you too Collen." He sighed into the kiss and nuzzled his face in my neck and placed soft kisses on the spot where my mate mark is, causing me to get hard instantly. 

"God I want to be deep in you but Blake is going to be here soon, but later tonight I will be deep inside you." I kissed his neck where his mate mark is and he moaned and I felt his hard-on and traced my fingers along his length that was tucked away in his tight jeans.

"Stop that, no teasing me if you aren't going to finish." He said and swatted my hand away causing me to chuckle.

"Alright I'm sorry, it's just you are so addicting that I can't keep my hands off you." I smirk and lick his mark causing him to shiver. 

“I really don’t want to see y'all humping like dogs.” Xavier jumped off me and there was Blake swinging the spare key. 

“News flash, we’re wolves, you wouldn’t be wrong, and I gave you that key for emergencies only, not walking in whenever you want.” I glared.

“Bite me pup.” He laughed, he’s such an ass.

“I’m older than you by 3 years.” I stick my tongue out at him.

“Yet, you do things like that.” He teased and I groaned. 

“I get it though, Brittney is a freak in the sheets.” He winked and I gagged. 

“I didn’t need to know my friends are doing it.” I shuddered.

“Oh yea, Brittney’s pregnant with four pups by the way…” I just about fainted, not only was that a lot of pups but they just met each other a year ago and mated two months ago. They’re moving way faster than I thought. Even in werewolf standards that’s a bit fast. I was speechless. 

“Congratulations Blake.” Xavier hugged him tightly, lifting him up. 

“Why do you smell like that?” Welp fuck… I guess now’s as good a time as any. 

"Well, I asked Xavier to marry me Thursday as you know and he accepted. That night we celebrated and marked one another." I said looking at him, waiting for his reaction. 

'What about your mate though? I knew you were serious with each other but you both have mates I'm sure." He asked and we sat on the couch and I sighed. 

"Blake, I don't believe I have a mate. Xavier hasn't felt a pull toward anyone so we formed our own mate bond, part of my family had done it and their bonds are just as strong as a destined bond and they are happy and in love. I love Xavier and want to spend the rest of my life with him, destined mate or not. He's the love of my life." I stated honestly and he smiled and nodded, stood up and I did as well and hugged me tightly.

"Congratulations to you both, we have to celebrate since the plans for yesterday fell through. Have you told your family yet?" 

"Just Skylar and Connor and their mates, no one else knows. I called papa and told him I had good news and that we'll be home soon. The family loves Xavier so I'm not worried about them accepting the engagement, just more worried about them taking my fiance out shopping and planning the wedding without my input." I chuckled thinking about papa doing just that.

"Well when you get back, we'll celebrate your engagement and the fact I'm gonna be a daddy." 

"Sounds like a plan. We're leaving tomorrow night, I need to let Bailey know I'm not going to be into work for the week so she can cancel my meetings and whatnot."

"Ok, I'm gonna get going, I was going to pick up dinner and wanted to stop by to tell you the news and I'm glad I did, see you guys when you get back. Let me know how it goes with your family."

"I will, you be careful going home." He nodded and left. 

"Let's order pizza, watch a movie and cuddle?" Xavier asked and got his phone out to order the pizza.

"Sounds perfect, then later we can finish what we started before Blake got here." I winked and his cheeks tinted a slight shade of red and he looked away. I laughed and kissed his cheek.

"I love you." I simply said, admiring his face and beauty.  

"I love you too."
