Each day drags on longer that the previous
as time slows down despite things we can do.
We all need to remain calm and try to discuss
so quarantines do not become a full out zoo.
No one likes to remain in one place, stuck indoors
especially when it looks so nice and warm outside.
What you can't see outside are unspeakable horrors
so we stay put, or the virus will run amok worldwide.
This isn't a suggestion, please don't be that moron
for it's the future of many that are clearly at stake.
It isn't going to be a dash, but more of a marathon
and endure the months, and years this may take.
The world must work together if we want to win
as there's more at risk than anyone could imagine.
