Chapter 19

"You really wanna go?" I asked as we walked back to the hotel after Misa de Gallo.

"Yes, I'm sure Mikey. I don't wanna wash my wound here."

I sighed, "Alright. I'll just pick a couple things here. Just... wait here outside."

I then went to my hotel room and took my little first aid kit with me in case if her wounds bleed again. I then went out to find her waiting and we took a ride together going to Lake Danao. I went to the place before after I went to Cabintan the first time. It's a wonderful lake. And this time, she wants to go. And I'm taking her with me.

Almost an hour later when we arrived. We then looked for a place to eat breakfast and then we went to the lake after breakfast. The sun was on the verge of rising when Flo ran and took off her clothes, leaving her in her underwear.

"I can't wait for this-"

"Wait." I shouted.

She stopped, "What?"

"Just a moment." I said as I took her wounded hand and took off the bandage gently. Afterwards, I smiled and took off my clothes then we both ran to the lake. We both laughed and screamed to the cold water and started splashing each other for fun.

"You know, I brought soap, disinfectant and bandage with me. Your wound needs to be cleaned. The lake may have a lot of bacteria and I don't want that to be infected."

"Yes mom." She laughed.

"Yeah. Me. Mom." I rolled my eyes then dipped underwater for a few minutes.

"Yeah, don't play with me Mikey. You know it's still dark. I can't see much." She shouted when all of a sudden, she screamed in shock when I rose up from the water and is already inches near her. I then grabbed her waist, drawing her close to me. She giggled as she placed her arms in my neck and I grabbed her legs, wrapping them in my waist underwater.

"What can you say?" I smiled.

"About what?"

"About this."

"Uh... well, the water's cold." She said then we laughed, complaining how cold the water is, "How about you? What can you say about this?"

"How about a promise."

"What promise?"

I then looked at her, "Promise me you won't hurt yourself Flo. Promise me you won't cut yourself. I know it's a hard promise to fulfill. But just take baby steps. It'll work out in time."

She then sighed and smiled, "I promise I won't hurt and cut myself anymore. I'll take baby steps until I totally stop doing it."

I then looked at her neck and saw a hickey, causing me to smile, "That's it." I whispered as I leaned my forehead against hers. I then closed my eyes and murmured, "By the way, I got you right there."

"What do you mean?"

"I finally made it."

"Made what?"

I smirked, "A hickey."

"What?" She said as she leaned back from my forehead and looked at me.

"On your neck. Near the collarbone."

She then splashed me with water, making me laugh, "How dare you. I'll look at it later."

"It's my first time giving someone a hickey."

"It's my first time having one."

"Then we're even." We then laughed.

"I can seriously imagine Lex's reaction if he sees me with this."

"He won't stop teasing me, that's for sure." I said, causing her to giggle, "But good luck hiding that for days."

"I don't think I'll hide it. I may actually look good in it."

"Since you admit that it looks good in you, what's my price for giving it to you?"

She smiled as she quickly leaned and kissed me. I smiled in our kiss as I gripped her butt and pulled her even closer. Afterwards, we let go.

"Cool reward." I said as she giggled, "Can't get enough of it."

"Guess I have to do it again." We giggled as we kissed again. 9 am came when we decided to get out of the lake and get dressed. Before we left though, I fixed her hand another bandage. She then told me how good the mark looks on her neck.

"There. Done." I grinned, catching her stare. She giggled, "What?"

"Nothing. You're just so cute."

"You deserve a cute me." I said and she laughed, "So, we should get going."
