Emma's POV
Is it even legal for parents to flirt that much in front of their own children?

Like, I mean epitome of embarrassment; not to mention everyone else seemed just as mortified by whatever the heck that was.

The moment Mari recommended getting bedrooms sorted out, I was all for it. It was getting late, and I would do anything to change the topic.

"Ok!" I over eagerly yelled, making my way to my young parents' sides.

"Mari and Adrien, you guys obviously get your room. We only have three spares... so..." I quickly did the math in my head, trying to come up with a reasonable set up.

"Louis! Do you mind if Nathaniel bunks with you?"

"Works for me!"

"Great! And Hugo, would you mind sharing your room with Ivan?"

"No problem!"

"Perfect! Now let's see... Max and Kim, you take the first spare on the left. Rose, Mylene and Juleka, you guys take the second. Chloe and Sabrina? The one on the right. Alix, you're with me. Nino and Alya? Would you two mind splitting the pull out in the lounge?"

"No problem dudette."

"Great! I think that's everyone..." I mentally replayed everyone's names and faces, making sure they were each with someone they wouldn't mind spending some quality time with for a couple of weeks.

As everyone retreated to their rooms, I figured out the one preparation I forgot to make.

"Where are my pajamas?" Chloe shrieked from her room, finally noticing the lack of personal belongings.

"And my brush and my clothes and my special shampoo imported from Brazil?! This is ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!"

I rushed into the hallway to calm Chloe down, but everyone else had beaten me to it.

And they were wondering the same things.

"Alright!" Hugo called getting everyone's attention. "Can you survive sleeping in your regular clothes for one night?"

Everyone grumbled in agreement, finally letting it sink in that clothing and a tooth brush were the least of their worries. You know, just behind being stranded in the future.

"Tomorrow is Sunday. What would you guys think of a visit to the mall? Get a few outfits, toiletries, school supplies, and anything else you might need to make this feel like home. We'll figure out schedules and have some much needed conversations, of course, but... shopping spree? Cost on us!"

Every one lit up, excited for their first day of future sight-seeing and shopping.

"Great! Well... good night everyone!" I wrapped up, watching as every one stumbled back towards their rooms, expectantly exhausted from the impossible day they had just had.

I turned off the lights and made my way towards my room, finally getting some much need sleep.

Marinette's POV
The second story of the mansion was big, but had a fairly simple layout . A long corridor extended from the stair case presenting a variety of rooms.

First on the right was Adrien and I's bedroom, complete with walk in closet, master bath, and jacuzzi.

Next was Chloe and Sabrina's spare room, the lounge (really just a family room) in which Alya and Nino were splitting the pullout, and finally Emma and Alix, whose room was filled with a built in shelf complete with dozens of books and movie series along with a connected bathroom.

On the left you had Kim and Max's spare, a bathroom, Juleka, Rose, and Mylene's quarters, and finally Louis and Nathanëal's room connected by a Jack and Jill bath to Hugo and Ivan.

A storage closet sat at the very end of the hall.

Apparently we had a home theatre in the basement (which I was quite eager to see), a guest apartment Adrien and I would be moving into once our future selves returned home, and a game room complete with football, air hockey, pinball, ping pong, and pool... not to mention a variety of video games.

The backyard had a pool and was surrounded by a grove of trees. A perfect location for Ladybug and Chat Noir to get in and out without being noticed, if need be.

And finally, the main level had a beautiful kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and sewing room that I had only dreamed of. It was perfect.

I walked over towards the large window filling most of the wall across from Adrien and I's bed. Adrien was snooping around, and the kwamis made themselves comfortable on an extra pillow. The view was perfect, overlooking the small grove in the back.

The Eiffel Tower loomed in the distance, its light bright in the black night.

And best of all, the stars. Growing up in the middle of the city, I never got a view like this. But here on the outskirts of Paris, straddling the bustling city and a rare urban forest, we were hidden just enough from the city lights to see more stars than I had ever imagined in a Parisian sky.

I flinched as I felt a pair of arms grab around my waist, pulling me closer.

I soon relaxed into Adrien's hold as we stood there and watched the stars for what felt like a life time.

"Hi." Adrien finally broke the silence. I looked up and met his gaze, his dazzling emerald eyes focused on mine.

"Hi." I smiled back.

"What do you think of Kaleb as an alias. Kaleb Snow... pretty badass, right?"

"Whatever you say," I giggled, snuggling closer into his embrace.

"You know, I think you would make a pretty hot Kayla," he mentioned.

"Kayla?" I questioned.

He attempted to explain, "Yeah! I mean, ever since you started keeping your hair down, I've always thought that it would be a cool, 'don't mess with me' vibe kinda name."

"You've thought about changing my name?" I smirked, trying to catch him off guard.

"What! No! That's not what I meant! Marinette is a beautiful name and it fits you perfectly and-" my boyfriend finally caught himself rambling before giving me a Chat Noir grin.

"Actually, I have thought about changing your name,"

"Oh, really?" I asked, trying to figure out what angle he was playing at.

"Yeah, especially your last name. I think Agreste would be much better."

"Nope. That one is officially off limits." I blatantly push off his attempt at dry humor.

"What? Why?" He whined.

"Because according to this," I pointed towards a diary on the night stand, "and this," a wedding photo decorating a shelf, "and this," finally gesturing towards the room as a whole, "it already is."

"Point taken m'lady." Adrien shrugged his shoulders in defeat.

"But about those code names..."

"How about Kayla James?" I finally give in.

"Sounds purr-fect, princess."

And with that we continued to stare out the window, taking in the view, and content with nothing but each other's company.
