Jin had built a small building in the corner of the garden.

Tonight, he had lit only a few candles and the small fire could clearly be seen through the large windows.  It was white with a tin roof that would dance in the rain.  It was a fairy cottage tucked into the garden, a dream, a haven just for them.

Dae could not speak.  He smiled and brushed a tear from her face.

“Do you want to see inside?” he asked.

She nodded, holding tight to his hand as he led her to the door.  He opened the door and stepped aside to allow her to look inside.

Dae was overwhelmed by the care he had so obviously taken in creating this place.

Just inside was a small overstuffed couch, perfect for the two of them.  There was a small table with tempting snacks and champagne chilling in an ice bucket.

A small electric fireplace flickered in the corner, warming the room, chasing the chill away.  It was charming.  She could envision hours spent here with Jin, hiding away from the world.

Then Dae turned to look at the rest of the cottage.

The other wall was dominated by a large bed, soft pillows and warm quilts made the perfect nest. Dae's imagination made a sharp turn when she saw it.
