Strands of shiny (h/c) stray hair went inside (Y/N)'s mouth as she tried to eat the banana that she packed for her lunch amidst the strong wind crashing towards her. She coughed out the hair that was disturbing her, grunting every other second in irritation while struggling to consume the said fruit. She paused on her actions after noticing Daisuke observing her, her lips pursing as she puff a huge amount of air through her nose.

"What? Never saw someone eating their hair before?" The ravenette ignored her annoyed question before resuming to his walking, leaving the girl no choice but to start tailing him again.

It has been a handful of months since she worked as his personal writer and it wasn't that bad, truth be told. No matter how much she tries to displease him so that he could demote her back to her position in the company as an editorial assistant, he was still surprisingly calm. She also is starting to get used to him going almost everywhere; I mean who doesn't like free travel.

However, despite them knowing each other for awhile now, she never really pushed herself to communicate with him. Besides that she's very lazy, she does not really feel like talking with other people at all times, especially if she's not close with them. This is the reason why even if the pay of this job is very high, she still would prefer her work at the magazine industry where she does not need to exert any effort to talk to some annoying middle-aged workers who only talks to her when there's some kind of gossip since she would just receive documents through electronic mail.

"Are you hungry?" Daisuke suddenly asked out of nowhere. The young woman chucked the remaining uneaten part of the banana and chewed it in the fastest way possible.

"Kinda.. I know a good tea shop around here, you up for that?" She suggested excitedly to which he just nodded at. A joyful grin etched its way to adorn her undeniably beguiling face, earning a silent look from the man.

Both left the open parking space and immediately made their way towards the store that she was talking about. (Y/N) giddily went inside the shop and inhaled the aromatic scent of the beverages that were being offered. She never got the chance to visit this place ever since she started working for the ravenette and she feels so accomplished to return after a long time.

Daisuke just followed her steps, observing her mindless skipping towards the cashier. He stood beside her as the cashier politely asked what they would like to order. (Y/N) looked at him, signing him that he should pick first. His sky blue tinted eyes settled on her (e/c) ones for a quick second before looking back at the cashier.

"I'll buy the shop."

(Y/N) panicked after hearing his statement, waving her hands midway to snap the cashier out from her confused and shocked expression. A sweat dropped from her temple, choking out a nervous laughter in the process.

"H-He's just kidding! Lack of coffee,  you know?" She cleared her throat awkwardly as the cashier just beamed at her effort, the employee flashing an understanding smile.

"He'll have a cup of earl grey. I'll be having a honeydew, no sugar please." Daisuke handed a 10000 yen bill to the cashier, not even giving (Y/N) a chance to ask how much her order costed. The employee cheerily took the bill and extended her arm to give the change, only to be stopped by the ravenette after saying that she can keep the change.

(Y/N) mentally sighed in disbelief before immediately proceeding to sit on the nearest unoccupied seat, Daisuke following her in silence. She breathed out in relaxation after feeling the comfortable cushions of the seat, closing her eyes in the process.

"I thought you said you like this place. Why did you decline the idea of me buying it?" The sudden question of the boy snap her (e/c) eyes open as she blinked continuously. Her fingers found their way towards the back of her neck as she scratched it awkwardly.

"It's really cool that you can buy anything that you want but don't you get bored of it?" The beverages that she ordered for both of them were placed on their table, her thanking the waiter afterwards. Daisuke hooked his fingers on the porcelain teacup and brought it to his lips, looking back at the young woman to sign her to continue and explain her point.

"I mean.. once you know that you can get whatever it is that you desire, everything just becomes.. easy and uninteresting, right?" She cursed herself mentally for blabbering but since she started ranting about something, no one can stop her anymore. The ravenette didn't mind though, he's quite intrigued with what she's going to say so he just let her proceed.

"What do you suggest I should do then?" He calmly questioned, his sight never leaving the girl who's currently catching the chewy pearls in her drink with her paper straw.

"I don't know..  be thrifty, I guess? For example-" She turned her attention to her sling bag to look for something. Daisuke patiently waited for her to get whatever it is that she's trying to take out of her bag before she placed a piece of sweet on the polished furniture.

"That's a tower yema. I really liked that so much ever since I was in grade school but it costs 70 yen and that's too much for me. When I finally had my own work, I still retained the idea that this candy still costs a lot even if I already have my own money so that I wouldn't indulge into the fact that I can buy many and forget its essence of it being a very special candy. Because of this, I still get excited everytime I get to buy yema ." She tossed the said sweets towards the boy to which he caught very swiftly.

"Why are you giving this to me?"

"Oh, I'm not allowed to eat sweets anymore... That's the last piece that I bought before-" She abruptly paused her sentence after a quick realization hit her. Her lips were pursed against each other as she breathed out to calm herself. Daisuke was about to ask her about the cutting of her statement but chose not to since she seems to be uncomfortable continuing what she was about to say.

"Regarding the tea shop.." (Y/N) looked up from her cup and focused her attention on the talking lad in front. His ice blue irises lingered around her untouched face as he brushed his fingers around the glassware where his tea subsided.

".. you'd like to own one, right?" The young woman's face lit up,  a shy, genuine smile painted on her lips as if she remembered something. The grip that she had on her straw softened while she relaxed her back on the seat.

"Well, yeah.. someday if..I still have the chance to.. I don't know... maybe it's just the naive 9-year old me talking." She lightly chuckled with her own words, chin resting on the palm of her hands as she stirred the straw on her now empty cup. She cleared her throat to snap her out from reminiscing before excusing herself to the bathroom.

Daisuke was left alone on the table, his sight gazing over the wrapper that once covers a very delectable sweet. A certain feeling of amusement gushed over him as he turned the piece of used wrapper to the other side. Her peculiar principles interests him.

She interests him.

He called out for the attention of his butler, HEUSC. They immediately responded and asked what he wanted them to do. A corner of his lips curled upward as he took another sip on his warm earl grey tea.

"Buy the tea shop that I am in right now and rename its title to Ms. (L/N)."
