I wish I could tell you I love you
And it'd be reason enough for you to stay
But my voice was never strong nor loud
And you've always gone your own way
I wish that I could just show you
Leading you by the hand
All the wonderful things of you
But I don't think you'd understand
I see a person who's worth it
But all you can think is 'I'm through'
I know you don't want to hear it

You're smart

You're worth it

I wish you would believe me
Even if I'm the only one who says it's true
