(CHAPTER1) THE UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY 😲⚡⛈️

  --- THIRD PERSON'S POV ---

It was the time of midnight, crescent moon's brilliance was more illustrious than ever.

Stars twinkled emitting auspicious light all over at the remote town.

Cool breeze stirred, enchanting the leaves that danced on its beats. The ambiance all over felt so serene and pure.

The picturesque flowing river reflected the smiling sky, standing high with stars guarding over the place. The animals in the forest; too were in deep slumber.

A bright light illuminated the sky suddenly, turning the serene atmosphere; Violent.

Dark clouds started gathering, enveloping the glowing moon. The sky became Stark Black with no sign of light even the stars couldn't dare do their job.

Wind started flowing wildly, shaking the dancing leaves from their trance. Another gush of forceful wind came and with a great might plucked off some of the branches; rigorously.

The sky lost all its light, all of a sudden and reflected like an empty black canvas.

On the spur of the moment, thunder roared in the sky so loudly that it would tear it apart.

The once streaming prosperous river became bleak and horrific. The inhabitants inside it came out from the shore terrified.

All the travelers were left astray with the sudden darkness in the sky that didn't even had stars to guide them.

With every passing second, nature turned more brutal murdering every source of light and one could hear the screams of sky making its way out.

Crocodiles and frogs debouched outside, from the violent river heading to the town.

The wild animals emerged out of the forest. Howl of wolves and loud roars of lions filled the land in a state of hysteria.

All the animals screamed conveying a mystery going on in different languages.

The sky yelled thunderously and it appeared as it is going through a battle within. Small streaks of light tried making their way out but got engulfed by the thunderclaps.

and.............

total blackout!!!!!

The sweetly sleeping infants wailed fearfully waking their mother in the process with the loud scream. Clinging on the shoulders their yelling was unstoppable whose mothers were even shocked at the sudden change of atmosphere.

The newly-wed bride hid in the arms of her partner nervously forgetting their blissful love -  making.

Guys who used to frighten others with their horror stories anxiously shielded themselves inside the bed.

The chicken hearted people ran to close windows to prevent the destruction by the uncontrollable wind with shivering hands.

Nature battled madly with thunderclaps and violent lightening filling the atmosphere together.

With a loud bang something exploded and the scared people who were hastily dialing emergency number heard,

"NETWORK FAILED."

For a moment, everything stopped abruptly soothing the fearfully beating hearts. The people were thanking God for the sudden blissful change.

However, a thunderous lightening sparked in the sky fiercely, adjusting its focus on a largely built gentleman who walked swiftly on the empty road;

Was a tall man with height above 6' , wide shoulder blades and his well built flexed forearms carried a big suitcase.

His face was chiseled capturing a sharp jaw line, light beard enriched his thin pursed lips and knitted eyebrows that marked broad forehead.

As the lightning struck, his mesmerizing face came into sight.

Curly monstrous locks cascaded down loose on his temple, dancing swiftly with the wind.

Mysterious black eyes were hooded by thick lashes which bestowed him a perfect look. Deep yet soul piercing sharp gaze observed keenly its surroundings.

Taking long strides, he plodded gracefully focusing on the way in front. Confidence was apparent in his gait.

The weather seemed returning back to normal. Gathered dark clouds showered the blissful downpour washing the shock and despair on the land.

The once obscure moon now revealed itself shining brightly with all its glory. Stars gaining all its strength altogether took a dare, exhibiting luster. Trees started recovering by dancing to the rhythm of the calm breeze once again.

The fearful people now gathered strength and opened the windows to enjoy the blissful atmosphere.

The animals were also relaxed now and made their way back to home.

Violent water currents now turned into smooth flow of water and the moon again smiled at the river accompanying the small rays of hope, the stars.

That brave gentleman stopped in his tracks and surveilled at the large mansion, spread vastly all over the place. The campus of it was hidden by dark lush green trees remitting it, the look of a small forest. It was situated at the remote end of the town.

Glancing at the sky last time, his long sleek fingers moved to the door tapping with anticipation evident on his face.
