We walked by Edgeshot's side. Patrol had been very boring and uneventful. Even when we got caught up in a villain attack, we had to stay back and help screaming citizens out of the event. Over the days, we didn't really learn anything and were getting extremely bored. Wait hadn't I already said that, oh well, not as if someone is listening to them anyway.

Tonight, like all the other nights, we had gone out to the streets, this time we were in Hosu city. I knew Iida was here as well but didn't try to contact him. It wouldn't really add anything to the experience and would only distract us from our patrol, not as if the screaming inside my head wasn't doing that anyway.

Jack was in control, mainly as the rest of us had given up and went to do other stuff. Mei was on back up in case we had to deal with citizens- Jack wasn't great at comforting people.

A sudden crash called us out of the corners of our minds as we went to the 'TV' that let us see what happens in the real world. We noticed Jack searching around to find the cause of the crash. Around the corner, a Nomu stood, it's fist in the ground.

•Well, that's fun,• I grumbled shyly.

Jack ran forward as he grabbed the civilian who was about to get crushed. Ignoring Edgeshot's screaming Jack summoned his scythe and prepared to fight.

Jack! Wait! We can't attack the villains, it is against the law. We can save people but do not attack,• Mei ordered quickly.

Jack grumbled and muttered something under her breath, which I did not catch, before he then off and grabbed another person from being squashed. "If that is how we are going to play it, maybe someone else should take control, this is not my job. I am a fighter not a saver."

Jack is right, maybe it would be better if Izu or Mei take control over the body,• Koi added quickly as Jack jumped to the side to dodge another attack.

"Whatever you decide, decide quickly!" Jack dodged another attack, placing the lady he was saying down before creating a cover to stop the Nomu from getting at her as he jumped away once again.

•M-Mei take con-control, it... it will be better if you... you are out there to heal the... heal the injured,• I ordered.

Mei nodded as she took over from Jack. She quickly healed a small girl, who Jack had just saved before creating a shield when the Nomu tried to attack her.

She hopped away before repeating. The heroes were trying to fight the Nomu- and were failing miserably- while citizens tried to run away.

We suddenly heard one of the heroes shouting at his intern who was running away. Looking at him, we noticed it was Iida. Changing direction, Mei went to go stop Iida from whatever he was trying to do. Unfortunately, Iida was a lot faster than we were and we couldn't keep up. Noticing Mei's thought pattern, I quickly took over and sped up to find him.

Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Iida on the floor of an alleyway. He was surrounded by blood, pooling out of his arm, which had been stabbed.

Taking a U-turn, I went back to the alleyway and quickly punched the villain.

Who the f**k is this guy!• Jack swore as Koi started looking up everything he could.

Hero killer, Stein. Quirk unknown, suggested super human strength and movability. Prefers to use knives and blades of all sorts. Hated heroes however I feel it is a bit more specific than that, I think he hated 'fake' heroes.• Koi explained.

I nodded before grabbing Iida. If that was true, then I wouldn't be able to fight him with much success. I could briefly see Native also in the alleyway but I would focus on Iida for now.

Stein came out to me, throwing his knives, which I simply dodged. "Mei, Jack be... be ready to move... move," I ordered before dodging another knife.

Stein was catching up to us but I wasn't about to give up. "S-Sorry, but I... I must go. It would... would be fun to learn about... learn about your quirk, but... but the others come first." A smile came to my face as I quickly threw Iida in the air before 'disappearing'. A chain of yellow light caught Iida as Mei brought him down and ran off. Jack had Native over his shoulder as they turned tail and made their way out of the dark space.

They had to stop suddenly when they almost crashed into the heroes. "Quick warning, we may have pissed off the hero killer," Mei said with a laugh.

Stein seemed to stop his pursuit, in exchange for not getting caught, as Mei and Jack put the injured down, Mei quickly healed them before we merged into one and I took control.

"S-sorry for run... running away... I... I couldn't let... let him be hurt," I stammered while motioning to Iida.

Edgeshot didn't seem too happy but nodded nonetheless and accepted what happened. "At least you didn't attempt to fight him."

I nodded shyly before sighing, glad he wasn't too mad.

Before we could retreat and make our ways back to where ever we had to be, I felt something grab onto my shoulders. I couldn't react as I was lifted off the ground. I attempted to fight off the Nomu holding me but we struggled to get out of the strong grip. Blood started to seep out of the wound where the claws dug in.

Before any of the heroes could help, Stein struck down the Nomu. We crashed into the ground violently as I rolled away from the Nomu. I could see Stein standing over the body, pulling out the knife from the Nomu's brain.

All the heroes found themselves frozen, Iida and Todoroki, who despite standing next to Endeavour had been working with different agencies, something that annoyed the number 2 hero more than anything else,  were staring in shock at the event. I couldn't help but stare in horror at the hero killer, my siblings doing the same.

And then, in a second he was gone.
