Painfully, I curled further into my protective ball. I could hear Hisashi's cold laugh from behind me as he burnt my back. Jack was screaming, fighting against his chains and hurting them even more. Chi had given up and stopped fighting, just crying into his arms. Lastly, my new siblings sat, not saying anything or doing anything.
Tomoura didn't look very pleased at Hisashi's treatment of me and my siblings but didn't say anything. Bakugo was tied up in the corner, giving Hisashi death glares which went unnoticed by him.
"I've got a new toy since you went away," Hisashi sang, pulling out a whip. "I'm sure you'll like it." He pulled back the weapon before flicking his wrist and breaking my skin.
I bit my tongue to stop myself from screaming. Over and over again. I could see a different range of reactions from the villains. I had to focus on something other than the pain and so focused on how they were reacting.
The villain Toga looked torn between excitement and sympathy. The villain Dabi had a smirk on his face but held a strange sympathy in his eyes. Tomura watched us in annoyance, seeing the sceptical as an inconvenience more than anything else. Twice seemed to switch between saying I deserve it and saying I should be treated better which was just confusing. I couldn't work out what Compress or Korigiri thought but I could tell Spinner wanted to chop off Hisashi's head for hurting me. I am not sure why but I could see it. Lastly, Mag held a quiet respect for me after I defended her rights to be a woman on the second night here.
When you have someone who literally was born in a male body but is female, you tend to defend anyone in that situation. Even though Mei's situation is slightly different from Mag's, I see no reason why Mag is invalid and Mei is. I mean, most people thought Mei wasn't even real for most of her life so I do not think I can judge many people on their actions or lifestyle and being trans isn't a choice, it's who they are.
I was unwillingly brought back into reality when Hisashi got the camera off from its stand and brought it to focus on my back. I could feel a dull throbbing coming from it but most the pain I was able to block out by focusing on other things.
Hisashi switched off the camera and gave the tape to Tomoura who locked it away in an envelope.
"You all must be very confused right now, but first I wish to welcome you to the League of Villains," Tomoura said, opening his arm, a proud smirk on his face.
"Friendly welcome," Jack growled, glaring at Hisashi.
"I understand your hostility, but we wish for you to join us. Twice, heal that one," Tomoura ordered, pointing at me.
Twice brought out a medical bag and gently pressed against my wounds. I let out a hiss, closing my eyes to try and stop the spinning.
"Don't hurt him!" Jack tried to fight against his chains again but, unsurprisingly, let out a pained yell.
"Let's get those off you," Tomura suggested, motioning for Toga to remove Jack's chains.
Jack rubbed his wrist, attempting to stop the blood from escaping. Chi ran over to him, helping him put pressure on the wounds.
I watched the broken sibling walk toward Twice and raid his medical bag. Twice tried to say something but the broken sibling just ignored him and went to Jack's side, grabbing his right arm out of their grasp. Jack was about to shout something but when the broken sibling started to clean the wound it effectively shut him up.
Twice finished cleaning and sewing together my back before wrapping it in thick, white bandages. After he was done with me, I was let out of my chains that hanged me to the ceiling and let me fall. I felt someone catch me and it took a second to register that it was my broken sibling holding me and lowering me to the ground.
I gave a smile to him. Glad that he was helping me. "See... I... I told you... you th.... that you ha... had a... a diff... different purpose."
I looked back to the villains, missing the small blush that came to the new sibling's face.
Bakugo was stretching his now free wrists, an evil smirk coming to his face. He launched forward and blasted the ground. The villains looked shocked but Hisashi was the first to react and go charging forward.
Just as Hisashi was going to hit Bakugo, the villains froze... no, slowed down. The broken sibling stood up and walked to Bakugo pushing him to the window before turning to Hisashi.
"Do... don't ki... kill him!" I jumped up and ran in front of Hisashi, slightly surprised I could do anything. The broken sibling looked shocked but nodded.
"Then run."
I understood what he meant as I ran to Chi, helping him up and grabbing Jack. We quickly made our way to Bakugo. Jack through Bakugo over his shoulder before giving a look back to our broken sibling.
"Go, there are police outside," our sibling said, pointing to the exit.
"What about you?" Chi hugged my leg, slightly fearful of our new addition.
"I am going to do my job."
We all knew what he meant by that and we knew we couldn't talk him out of it so we left. True to his word, there was police outside the building. They weren't frozen like the buildings making me conclude that his Quirk only works in a certain distance.
They all looked shocked out our appearance especially since the bandages that covered Jack and me. All Might ran to our side and started to help us to the side. Recovery Girl came to help me, forcing me to lay down and stay still.
All Might burst through the wall of the hide out but stopped when he saw the scene. The broken Midoroiya stood in the middle of the room, blood covering his body. Blood that wasn't his. Most of the villains were missing but Compress, Mag and Hisashi were all laying on the floor, Compress and Hisashi were covered in blood but breathing while Mag was just knocked out.
All Might looked over the new Midoriya, he knew there had been another from what Tiger and Mandalay said but he hadn't expected this.
"I didn't kill them. I didn't kill them, right?"
