"I hate you I love you, I hate that I love you" I had been singing this song for an hour now. thoughts like this - maybe he didn't like me after all. maybe he was just messing with me the whole time - ran through my head as tears poured down my face.

I got up from my bed and walked downstairs, Ondreaz saw me and came over to me asking if I was okay. I faked a smile and said "yeah I'm okay". he looked at me like he knew I was lying but didn't ask me again. we both walked over to the couches and sat down.

I picked up the magazine next to me and stared at it. *thud, thud, thud* I turned around to see Nick walking down the stairs laughing and smiling with the new girl. I shook my head and threw the magazine on the floor.

I stood up and walked out of the house. "I just need to be alone right now" I said to my brother making sure Nick could hear me. I got in my car and drove around for 3 hours. I ended up too far away from my house to go back home so I stayed at a hotel.

I ordered a bunch of alcohol and drank it till my feelings were numb. I texted Nick

I went to sleep and when I woke up I had a very painful headache. "Oh no" I said as I picked up my phone and realised I had messaged Nick.

I paid for my room and got back in my car, I put my playlist on and drove all the way home. It was silent when I got there. "Ellie" I turned around to see the new girl running towards someone. that must be her name.

I took a picture and sent it to Nick as I opened the door face to face with him.

"do you miss me like I do?" he said with tears streaming down his face.
