TAMED has been EDITED with ADDED DETAILS and SCENES. The need to maintain its originality was so apparent that even the remarkable lines remained UNEDITED, despite the obvious requirement for grammatical adjustments.

Warning: spoilers ahead. Don't proceed kung hindi pa nababasa ang istorya. Since nandito na rin ako, let me explain some things na lang sa ating re-readers upang hindi mag-overthink ang ilan.

This story is a product of an impulsive decision, lacking a structured plan, which led to the inclusion of superfluous content. One of my main editing focuses involved removing fillers concerning Denzel's relationship with Rhio, as I had initially intended to position him as the secondary lead. Gano'n din sa moments ni Brent at Zam na hindi naman kailangan, I only removed one scene lang.

Consequently, Tamed ended up being excessively long (520k word count?!) due to the presence of unnecessary fillers. During the editing phase, I grabbed the chance to address the story's pacing and direct it towards my intended course, which necessitated the removal of some fillers.

I chose to remove any spoilers or unnecessary information regarding kmk or other future installments of the series (litfil, mmg, fr) to ensure that I had the freedom to make changes and explore different plotlines according to my creative choices. Ito 'yong pagkawala ng filler chapter ni Saint and Zamantha sa coffee shop (Chapter 44) na sinisigurado kong makikita niyo rin sa LITFIL, sa POV naman ni Saint. Kailangan ko 'tong gawin para makausad din sa kwento ni Cash dahil napakakumplikado no'n.

Here's a summary of the scenes that were modified and fillers na tinanggal. The "Veneracion" chapter was merged to "Grand Variety Show" and that scene from it which featured Brent and Zam's photoshoot before the show, was also deemed unnecessary and was removed. Some people thought that I had removed a huge part sa "The Nth of Us," but I only added new lines and included Trina in the scene instead na si Yngrid. Favorite chapter ko kaya 'to, so why would I ruin it? Doctor No More now was previously titled Frozen Hearts, titulo lamang ang nagbago. The rest of the chapters were just edited, and NOTHING ELSE was removed. As for "Red wine" and "Tsundere," I simply transferred the scene about the news of Lolo Roverts' death from the former to the latter. I made these adjustments to address any plot inconsistencies.

There were no major changes in the story, I'm firm about this. The original storyline and plot are still intact. Walang natanggal na integral lines lalo na between Zam and Rhio, na-improve, yup. Si Rhio ay si Rhio pa rin. Zam is still Zam. Naninibago lamang siguro ang iba kaya akala nila'y madaming nabura, but that's not the case. I actually combined one or two chapters in the initial parts to align them sa word counts ng iba. Maikli talaga ang mga initial chapters even before pa, nasa 2-3k ang word counts talaga per chap. The two longest chapters: "Denial Friyay" and "Once Again Upon Us," were incredibly lengthy, with a word count exceeding 20,000. Wala akong binago roon, during the editing process, I only divided "Denial Friyay" into two parts ("Date" and "Escapade"), as well as "Once Again Upon Us." (Chapter 54 - Once Again Upon Us + Chapter 55 - FINALLY)

Regarding the song choices, kumpleto pa rin naman. Yes, naroon na ulit ang Intentions at Araw-araw (Jeje era ni Rhio) kasama ng iba pang scenes that I cut. Kung walang fresh comments sa mga mababasa niyo, iyon na 'yun.

One scene that stood out was during the "Red Wine" chapter when the news of Lolo Rovert's death was revealed at Rhio's birthday, just before the romantic scene. I aimed to handle the news in a more sensitive manner and demonstrate greater consideration towards Rhio's special day, so I incorporated the disclosure of the death sa "Tsundere" na. Wala pang pumuna nito pero hindi ko na iyon hihintayin pa. It was insensitive for me na may ganoong news tapos after knowing it ay parang wala na lang ulit at saka pa nangyari 'yong "first" nila.

We need this minor alterations talaga in order to progress and move forward. I, like all of you, only want the best for Tamed. As a writer, I'm always all in for what's ideal for this book and nothing else, and I sincerely hope that all of you can support me in this. Thank you 🥺🤍
