hell week

Ah hell week, a beautiful time of the school year where students would cram all nighters in studying for a shit load of tests and doing a shit load of projects. The degree of hell week differs from each grade level and in what semester they're in.

But this year Peter is a senior, which means SUPER DUPER ULTRA MEGA STRESS! he'll be graduating in a few months so he needs to work A JILLION TIMES HARDER if he even wants to pass. His senior teachers are BRUTAL to them.

This week they already have 9 projects to do, 7 tests to study for, 13 surveys to take that are apperantly MANDATORY, 5 video presentations to make, 4 powerpoint presentations, and 6 essays to write. They were all BEYOND STRESSED at this point. And it was only TUESDAY! all of this is due this week Friday.

The Avengers noticed that Peter didnt come out of his room even just to eat dinner, at first they were only slightly worried until they decided to actually check on him.

"Ok guys, so we all agree that as soon as Peter comes home from school tomorrow we all go check on him?" Tony said and all the other avengers nodded.

Next day

Happy texted him that this is the 3rd time Peter has fallen asleep in the car, he just got worried after the 2nd time so he texted Tony.

As soon as Peter got home he rushed in his room and started to open the new pack of energy drinks he bought at school. With his enhanced metabolism, 1 energy drink isn't enough to keep him awake.

Meanwhile the Avengers all start to gather infront of his door hearing Peter just chug the drink down. They all decided to knock, Peter didn't respond so they all just went in.

What they saw was a mess, Peter's laptop was on call to his other 2 friends and they were just all talking about homework nonstop, Peter looked like a mess. Shaggy hair, sunken eyes, tired deminor, spazzy body language. Tony finally spoke up.

"Hey kiddo, whacha doin?"

"No Ned, I'm telling you the answer is 42! Look you forgot to carry the 2 in-" Peter finally looked to the door to see Tony

"Not now Tony, I'm busy" Peter said "MJ can you send me Mr. Snider's SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS on what to do for the damn presentation, I'm gonna call Cindy to send me her take on Mr. Robertson's class chapter 4-6, im still doing chapter 7-10."

The avengers just stood there watching Peter go around his stuff, opening books, typing stuff out in his computer, communicating with friends on a group project. Tony never saw Peter so stressed. So he spoke up.

"Hey Pete, I think you should take a-" until he was cut off ny Peter

"A break??! I CAN'T Mr. Stark! I still gotta do all this shit and finish it this week! Or else I'm gonna fail! Our teachers are brutal with grades"

"Peter don't forget to finish chapter 47 on your English report so we can all compile our works, I'm making the powerpoint" Ned said through Peter's computer

"SHIT! I LEFT MY HISTORY BOOK AT SCHOOL! MY ESSAY ABOUT FEDERALIST PAPERS WILL DEFINITELY FAIL!"

"PETER HOW COULD YOU?! MS. KAVINSKY SPECIFICALLY SAID ONLY TO USE THE BOOK FOR RESEARCH!" MJ yelled

At this point the Avengers left Peter's door since clearly he wasn't in the best place right now. They'll just continue with their job as bringing Peter food to make sure he doesn't forget to eat.

Days pass and this hell week is finally over, it's finally Friday. Peter just had to get through this day yo finalize everything and turn it in. And when that Last bell rung and the day was finally over, all the students were beyond alive at this point. They were all super stressed and didn't even have any energy left.

So when Peter got home, he didn't even make it to his bed, he made it to the side of his bed plopping down on the matress immediately passing out.

Tony checked on him later on and saw the boy's position, head on the bed body on the floor, he lifted Peter to get on the bed and tucked him in. But the kid refused to let him go, he held on to him like a life line.

Tony just chucked and stayed beside Peter's side the entire time.

This kid, he gives me way too much gray hairs. Tony thought before drifting to sleep beside Peter's loving arms

(A/N: school where I'm from finished way back in early march so my school year practically ended already before this quarantine. But ngl I sorta miss hell week, it gave me something to do and cry about. Sad and angsty oneshots ain't doing it anymore. And sometimes even just school in general.

I just wanna see my friends again yall! 😫 and be able to go a McDonald's and buy some damn food. Canned tuna and fish flakes aren't doing it anymore.
