"Are you really going to ignore me Harley?" Kason says rocking in the chair back and forth.
"Why are you here?" I ask turning to him.
He looks different. He used to have brown hair now he has black. He looks a lot more....mature. But why is he here?
"Five months Kason..and you broke up with me...so why are you here?" I ask nervously trying to find the key in my book bag.
"I'm sorry ok..I just wanted to tell you that I'm here...again" he says getting up and walking over to me.
"And I hate how we left things off Harley" he says getting closer.
"Hey Harley!" A voice behind me yells coming up the stairs.
"Hey" I say hugging him.
"I better get going." Kason says in an angry tone.
"Hey bro no need to be mad I'm not her boyfriend." Christian says putting his hand to his heart.
"It's not about that...just....have a nice day Harley." Kason says walking away.
"Well that was weird?" I say almost sounding like a question.
"He's jealous Harley!" Christian says pushing my shoulder.
"No he's not....he broke up with me...blamed me for the rumors...it's not the same like it was five months ago." I say shaking my head.
"You know five months can change someone's perspective on you?" Christian says tilting his head.
"So maybe he's changed?" He continues to say.
"Yep." I say unlocking the door.
Maybe he did change? Maybe he didn't? But why would I trust him again?
