I ran through the course with my moroi (who was actually a guardian) keeping them safe from not getting hurt. I finished the course and calmed down. I smiled and went through the rest of the trials and day like normal. After everything had finished I talked with my parents before someone placed their hands over my eyes. I took in the scent of smoke and hint of alcohol.

"Adrian I know its you" I said removing his hands and smiling at him. He kept his signature grin. "Congrats little dhampir" he said giving me a hug. I returned it giving him a tight squeeze and backing up. "Your aura is blinding" he said staring into my eyes. "Thank you, it feels so good to have this over" I sighed running a hand through my hair. "So how about dinner" he wriggled his eyebrows and we laughed. "Sure, what were you thinking" I asked crossing my arms. "Its a surprise, wear something casual-formal" he said leaning down to my height and hovering there before leaving. I frowned before finishing up socializing and jogging to my dorm.

I was waiting outside the dorms in a basic black dress and some heels. I heard some footsteps and saw Adrian come around the corner. He wore a button up white shirt and some dress pants. I felt my cheeks heat up a little but I shook it off and walked over to him. "Lead the way" I said taking him arm and we began to walk. He led me into the woods which was slightly worrying but I knew he wouldn't hurt me, if anything I would hurt him. "Close your eyes"he said taking both my hands. I slowly closed my eyes and let him lead me to where ever we would go.

After what felt like hours I was allowed to open my eyes, I let out a surprised gasp as it was a candle light dinner with a table and two chairs. I saw some wine and food already prepared. "This is amazing" I sighed walking closer. "I'm glad you like it, I watched to do something to celebrate" he said. We sat down and began eating and drinking after that.

I took another sip of the wine and watched Adrian taking in his appearance again. That's when I became curious. "What does my aura look like" I leaned onto my elbows seeing him get a little flustered. "Why would you want to know that?" he asked avoiding eye contact. "I'm curious, just tell me" I groaned not liking this treatment. "You still have a darkness around you but the color is well" he hesitated. "Damn it Adrian tell me" I exclaimed getting up. "Its pink, okay?! its pink" he said getting up and running his hand through his hair stressed.

I took a moment to take in everything I had been told and laughed. "I guess that makes sense, I've grown to care about you" I said "So does that mean you want to date me?" he grinned walking toward me. I put my finger on his chest "don't push it" I smirked.
