"How do I look?" Nya asked me for like the millionth time.

I sighed, "Do I have to answer again?"

The teen made a noise of disappointment, "I just want to make sure I don't look like a fool when I ask Jay if he wants to hang out." She then had a panicked look on her face. "Wait, what if he says no? What if he's too busy? What if he's--OW!"

I punched her in the side, causing her cry. She glared at me. "What was that for?"

"So you could shut up and stop worrying."

"Well now I'm quiet, annoyed, and bruised, so thank you." She rubbed her now-sore arm. "Also, for a kid, you punch pretty hard."

"You're welcome." I said, ignoring her second statement.

She gave me a blank look until we stopped just outside the doors of the Dojo.

"I'm just worried that he won't want to hang out," she whispered to me.

I rolled my eyes. "I'm sure that won't happen."

"How do you know?"

"Because you obviously don't notice how he looks at you all the time. Nya, I'm pretty sure Jay will say yes to anything you ask. Especially if it's you."

"Okay...but where should I ask him to hang out?"

I shrugged, "How about the auto body shop that I was unwillingly dragged to. You both like tech-y stuff. By the way, why was I dragged there?"

"That's a great idea!"

"Still didn't answer my question."

"I told you, Sensei said Lloyd couldn't have any distractions while he trained."

"I still don't understand."

Nya gave out a light laugh, mumbling something under her breath about "kids" and "of course I didn't", as she opened the doors and greeted everyone. I noticed Nya gave Jay a glance and she looked back at me, a questioning look in her eyes. I just nodded and nudged her forward.

She took a deep breath and approached the blue ninja.

"Hey, Jay!"

"Hey, Nya," the latter responded with a smile. "What's up?"

"Oh nothing," she laughed nervously. "But I was wondering...do you maybe wanna come by the auto body shop later?"

Jay's face had turned slightly pink as he stuttered, "The a-auto body shop?"

"Yeah! I got a part time job there. Thought I could fix the Ultra-Sonic Radar in my off-time. Maybe if you come over, I could show you what I've been working on...."

"Sure!" Jay said, making Nya's eyes light up. "What'cha got there?"

"Oh," she gave the letter that I never noticed to Wu. "This came for Lloyd."

While Wu was reading the letter, I whispered to Nya, "When did you get the letter?"

"At the auto-body shop."

"I didn't see the mailman."

"That's because you were so bored you fell asleep," she laughed.

Wu hummed, bringing our attention to him, "It's from Lloyd's old school."

School?

"The Darkly's School for Bad Boys," Cole inquired as he and the other three ninja came over.

"Formally bad boys," Wu corrected. "Since the last time we were there, they changed to the Darkly's School for Great Children."

Oh, that school. I forgot that that was where we were last time Pythor was with us...not that he ever was "with" us, really.
